I'm NOT one that complains about food from restaurants, especially since I've been in the service industry myself, but THIS!!! This is an outrage!!!! All food was cold like it was precooked and ready for rush, and just LOOK at my pitiful burger. This place has had excellent food before.. what on earth happened?

I forgot to include the fries, you can just TELL they're cold from looking at the picture. Properly cooked fries have a golden brown look. These obviously lack that beautiful color. I DID, however, find some burnt bits that were probably from a prior rush, meaning the fryer wasn't properly cleaned/prepped.
Also, I called to complain, and of course they don't answer their phone. I'll be in touch soon!!
Placed my order at 4:55 pm, leaving plenty of time to eat and make another local engagement. We waited 20 minutes before I went back to the counter to check on my order. I was told, “They’re working on it right now.” Five minutes later, it was brought to our table and it was barely warm. After having to wait 25 minutes before getting our food, we didn’t have time to make them redo the order. They had a lot of employees working, so I can’t put this down to them being short handed. We’ve never had this happen to us before, at this location. So we’re very disappointed.
Horrible drive thru. Lady told me to drive forward because my order wasn't ready. I waited for 20 minutes, and then went to ask them what happened. Apparently they gave my order to someone else, and kept me waiting all that time.
The cashier Jazmin P didn’t get my order right when I came to switch the gravy from my 2 kids meals for bbq dip she only gave me one since they weren’t on my order, she never ask me what type of dip I want and she assumed that I want gravy, she was so rude, I know that you guys get super busy but each customer deserves a really good customer service no matter what..
Was there waiting for my meal and saw the guy that works the grill push the trash down with his left hand. He did not wash his hands or change gloves after. He proceeded to grab a handful of onions with the same hand and put it in the grill. He then grabbed the bread and all other veggies. I reported it to the manager and asked for a refund. FYI, they did NOT throw away any of the contaminated items and continued to serve what he had already touched ????????.
Imagine what else they do when they think no one is looking. ????
I will come back. This was a perfect way to taste Texas. The size of the burger was the first thing I noticed. I tried two options and some fries. Service is very relaxed don’t expect a lot but they were very friendly. The ambience will take you back to when they first opened.
I love Whataburger breakfast. Always fresh and hot, no matter where you find one. We have a great crew at this location, so stop by. Also, the chicken tenders are awesome!
I'm a loyal Whataburger customer. This particular visit was not good. The burger I ordered was NOT Freshly made. The cheese could be pulled off the patty. It was not hot enough to melt it. When I approached the counter to ask for a refund, the manager (Olivarez) did not answer any of my questions and opted to render the silent treatment. She provided my refund, and that was it. The Dinning Room and restrooms were not clean.
Upper management needs to evaluate their weekend staff.
