Store number 351 Pleasant Rd DeSoto Tx. You were polite and very friendly team members! Food was fresh and prepared just like I asked. Great job to the manager, general manager and team!?
I just want to take the time to say that this Whataburger never disappoints! Every time i come to this location my burger is always so good and tasty! The staff are very nice and courteous! The soda is never tasting bad and my fries are always fresh! The buns on the burger has like a sweet taste! I highly recommend this location. I literally drive 9 miles because the food is always good, and there's a whataburger down the street from my house that always takes FOREVER to receive my order and the soda always taste flat (gross)! This place does not take very long to get my order. I'm very pleased and very thankful!
Been in here twice and both times the staff is just awesome. I get weird looks when I order just chicken filets and I explain why and they are just so awesome and truly make my day every time I come by.
Thank you all for making my day! Never know what a stranger could be going through and never know the impact a small compliment can make for a person.
This morning we had a great experience! The girls at the window were VERY nice. Made sure we had everything we needed and played peek-a-boo with my son through the window while we waited. Great vibes. Thank you!!
I paid full price for a salad and got some makeshift salad that fit in a bag used for French fries, in a breakfast container. Went for a refund and the manager is trying to figure out what the problem is? Tries to justify that the container is larger than the one it is supposed to be in. It’s not. I trusted what was given to me in a large bag then had to drive back because they don’t answer the phone of course. Then he doesn’t want to give me the original copy of the refund receipt? Maybe he needs to take those shades off at night and see the light. Poor management poor level of customer attention. Which is too bad because the staff is very polite.
I’ve never stopped at any fast food restaurant in this area. Today I was reminded on why I don’t. Waited over 10 minutes at the window for a single apple pie to be pulled to the front. The manager can out and I informed him I didn’t receive my cookie. Gave him my receipt he handed it back and said that a cookie wasn’t in my receipt . I literally had to point it out to him. Absolutely sad! Our own people are trash.
I have been visiting this Whataburger since July. Just wanted to give a SHOUT OUT to this team!! The food is consistently Amazing and fresh!! The service is always friendly And almost everytime I am met with a smile and manners!!!! Thank you!!
I just kinda had the worst experience here …
The guy who is a bit feminine just acted like I offended him for asking if I could have my order customized .. I was excited to try the new wings and I feel as if they gave me the batch they made earlier that morning…
As many things as they messed up on our order I felt it was out of spite of just wanting our food a certain way …. Everything look take and feel aged …
I can’t see myself coming back because of him
