There was a small delay I know they were busy short-handed the manager Nevaeh was very friendly and had great customer service- I went back and again and Esmy greated me right away- yall have a great team!!!
Great place for socialization. During a conflict with two obnoxious men I met an extremely intelligent Air Force veteran named Robert (or Ronald, but I'm pretty confident it was Robert) who took time out of his day to talk to me. I was visibly astonished by how perceptive he was. So if a fast food restaurant can create an environment where two strangers can exchange solid wisdom, that's worth something.
Service wise, at this specific location, sometimes I've needed to get hydrated and they've given me a free water cup every time I've asked. No complaints.
As for food — it's Whataburger. You know the food is solid. There's nothing I could say that you haven't already heard.
I don't have pictures because I'd never think to take a picture here, that's just weird. But if you want food feedback, if you like a new menu item — order it. Corporate has a tally of how many items are ordered so if you want whatever it is to stay on the menu, just order that thing a lot.
We all need a David in our lives! I stop here often for lunch and every time I am graced with David’s genuine kindness and fun conversation! Weather it be a small sport fact or a piece of wisdom, he always finds a way to make me smile and enjoy my meal all that much more. David goes above and beyond with his service and truly makes Whataburger stand out amongst the rest! Great food, but even better people!
Ran inside real quick to get a coffee and some cookies for my little one today.
The employees here are the nicest! A 5 min visit made my day, David is so so sweet. He didn’t take my order, a nice woman with short hair did, she was extremely sweet, but David came over to talk and tell me to have a good day. Your employees are the best, thank you for being so kind!!!
First time to eat at this WhataBurger location. It is conveniently within 1/2 mile of where I now live. This restaurant meets the franchises high standards of sanitation & cleanliness. Expecting more customers at noon since it is on busy Nacogdoches Rd with great signage. Disappointed they were no longer carrying their delicious Mushroom Swiss Burger. Optred for a small cheese bacon burger instead, onion rings and a strawberry shake. Good but not extraordinary.
Let me say the manager and other team members were definitely not polite or customer service oriented, they have an attitude problem and Also taking forever on orders. Went in drive thru order 2 items off the menu (online) on one of the items was a #13 the chicken strip without the combo. I realized that it’s rip off because the manager and other team members want to charge customers $5.99 for just tenders and gravy, usually I go to any other locations there’s actually bread in the box. So this location want to charge for a slice a bread, sounded and seem unfair, so I said no I wanted a refund ,so I gave them back the food items and the only way I can get my refund if I call the 1-800-6burger
Call them about the situation, supposedly they got the order number my information etc. to process the refund but no confirmation that everything is being processed. How can you request a refund but not get like a confirmation email or text to actually get an actual refund process number. I’m very upset did not get any food and have to possibly hopefully get my money back I ordered that i never received. I’m a very unhappy customer, so Thanks GM for hiring team members that are disrespectful especially the 2 managers that are working overnight shift.
We frequently come to this location. The food is typically great! The service has proven to be hit or miss in the past for dine in, but drive-through is fast and efficient in my experience. If an employee by the name of "DD" is the one taking care of dine in, though, you might as well turn around and get back in your car.
