Cashier Johnae was exceptional as was the food and environment. Very friendly, very fresh, and very clean.
They got the order right, and the wait time was decent for fresh food. The people were friendly and efficient. All around good experience.
App ordering is supposed to make things quick and convenient. I like using it because they send me free food offers all the time.
Last few times whether curbside or dining in, it’s been taking 20 minutes or more to get my food even when ordering 10 minutes in advance. I guess it’s quicker to just use the drive thru.
The wings were great and the French fries were delicious ????. Can't beat their hamburgers ????. Service is always spot on.
Went today and got 3 meals for $35. Waited for food 13 min. French fries tasted cold and chewy. I asked for extra ketchup and she acted like I was trying to pull a fast one and said "you're supposed to order ketchup back there and pay for it"and rudely handed me 3 more. Forgive me for not knowing you have to pay for ketchup!! Worst service! Worst food!
Worst whatabuger I have ever been too we went through drive thru n they told us to move up to the trash can so we moved up a little above the trash can do the people can have room to leave n so we sat there for 10 mins waiting while watching four cars go past we proceeded to go inside and tried to get our food bu all they did was yell at us that the lobby is closed n to get out and that they didn’t care go through drive thru again absolutely ridiculous behavior so ridiculous when just trying to get food after a long shitty day
I know I can request a condiment to not be added, but NO ONIONS.
They were largely chopped and I removed them all. Rest of meal was good!
When you have to wait over 10 minutes for a basic order in the morning. The manager instead of apologizing- “we are short staffed” is her reply. The problem was not being short staffed it was other customers getting food after us! Sorry we messed up order. Guess we will find another business to support!
