This review is for the breakfast
It is a crime to have breakfast as good as they do! The food is so dang good and fresh! We come here at least once a week for their breakfast and it never fails to be amazing every single time!
Ordered burger, fries, water, brownie. Brownie was somehow not on my order. Ask them for the brownie. I ordered at the window and paid for it separately. Since it wasn't on the original order. Then, when I was handed my water, I tasted it, and it was lemonade when I told the lady at the window, Natoya, she rudely said that the water would have a taste of lemon. I told her I didn't want that, and I wanted just water and gave it back. She refused to give me a correct drink. Absolutely inexcusable level of malicious incompetence.
I was raised in Corpus Christi, the original home of Whataburger, so when it comes to eating at a restaurant anywhere outside of CC comes with some strict judgement. It's a matter of pride as many native Texans will tell you. I came in during a lunch rush on a Monday and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken salad (my only meal for the day, lol). As usual there was a little bit of a wait but it was worth it. I unwrapped my sandwich and you see what I got. Everything was fantastic including the fresh veggies both in the sandwich and salad. The fried were absolutely perfectly done, crispy not soggy or old, and salted just right. It bright right back to CC, without the humidity or seagulls.
The guy at the front counter was super friendly. However, staff in the back just kept yelling and giving him more tasks to do while he was still helping customers. There were plenty of other people standing around doing nothing.
It took 39 minutes to get my food with 1 car infrastructure of me i ordered 4 meals all with large fries I get asked if I want ketchup I respond with yes I would like some at least a couple per fries and I was given 1 in total then they said that was more than enough for everyone. 10/10 would not recommend
Daniel and the staff are amazing. We called ahead on a Friday and asked to reserve a special table that my new wife and I always sit at. Not only did they set it aside for us but decorated it and gave us an amazing experience after our wedding. I can not thank them enough for adding such a special memory to our wedding night. Thank you so much!!
Marsha and Broderick were the employees who served us, and they were both very kind. Service was far and the food was amazing as always. Would highly suggest trying the honey mustard and spicy ketchup for dipping sauces.
We stopped her before a day at the fair. Our food arrived fast and hot. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.
