A very busy place it wasn’t. clean but it was super busy expected the food was good and the were fast services slow expected
Anytime I get asked to pull up in a drive through, right after I pay, is a red flag. The employees talked nice, but I felt forgot about and waited 10 minutes for burgers...not chicken or fish, but what they should be able to fill the order quickly....so not good for me
Went through the drive up window asked for fries to be extra crispy he said "No" I'm like why? He said because they will burn! I thought to myself this guy must have never cooked before because had he, then he would know to take them out of the fryer BEFORE they burn LOL come on! So I asked that they be fresh, he said they are. I ordered their new jalapeño burger it was soooo good, the fresh could have been cooked longer lol
Asked to pull-up in the drive through. Lady that brought the food out was very courteous. No napkins in the bag so we reparked and I went inside to get napkins. THEN my burger was cold with a stale bun! Waste of money and time!!!!!!!!

Whichever young lady that was working the drive thru yesterday is top notch. She should be the Sales Manager for the area. She would make it happen. Very nice people and eager to assist you.
This is our second time visiting this location on two different vacation trips. This location had a clean lobby/ bathroom and was well stocked. Ordering our food wasn't a hassle and our food was delivered to our table quickly. One of the things that REALLY made this location stand out from others was their customer service. I witnessed a lady come back up to the register because she thought she had bought a drink and hadn't. The manager smiled, handed her a cup, and told her not to worry about it. Then he thanked her for coming. After the customer walked away I then witnessed that same manager put money, out of his own pocket, in the register to pay for that customer's beverage. THAT simple act of kindness helped to restore my faith in humanity. We will definitely make this a frequent stop during future visits!
Stopped through traveling back home. We ordered 2WB with cheese. One plain and dry. The other with veggies and mayo. We also upgraded one fry to a large. Looking at the receipt, everything was recorded correctly. We were down the road before opening the bags. No upgraded fry. The plain and dry came out correct. The second did not have any veggies on it at all and the mayo was globbed on. Wasn't worth going back to fix since we were traveling.
They will have you pull up in drive thru and park somewhere so it doesn't count against there timer than forget your whole order forcing you to get out of your car and go inside and have them make your food. Order paid for at 7:59pm received food at 8:19pm 4 people in drivethru behind me received there food before my order. Never pull up, make them speed up.
