This was the first time I have tried Whataburger. The building looks great, parking lot was clean including the landscape. The restaurant was clean, neat. It was busy, but the lines were moving fast. I ordered the Bacon ???? Blaze Jalapeno Double, Loaded with jalapenos, smoky bacon and aged cheddar cheese ????. The Manager by the name of Yolanda took my order. She was very professional and friendly, she also helped me to redeem the reward that was emailed to me. I didn't know that they bring your food out to you when it is ready, I really appreciated and like that. I was given the choice of two types of ketchup, regular and spicy ????, I selected to try the whataburger spicy ???? jalapeno ketchup it was very good. This will not be my last time going here.
The Bacon Avacado Cheeseburger on a Bun was great along with decent fries and a nice hot fried apple pie made for a nice quick dinner. The cashier was absolutely wonderful and even brought my order right to me. The dining area was good and clean, even the refreshment area was well stocked and wiped down.
My first time visiting, my husband was so excited for me and the kids to try it. Well I was disappointed from the lady at the restaurant rushing us to order (there was no line not like we were holding anyone up) I’ve never eaten there so I was looking over the menu plus the kids where also picking what they wanted, then the order was messed up there were things missing my kids didn’t get anything but sandwich and their drinks no fries or apple slices. My salad had no fork or dressing after I had just asked her the dressings and chose one.
I ordered the wings but they looked more like soup than wings. Really disappointed with the quality of the wings.
Service was good. But I will stick to Wingstop
Service is very lacking. Waited 25 minutes before giving up on my order and getting a refund (I hope). I was the only one in the place. Enter and no one is at the counter. No one greeting and welcoming you to the establishment. A self-order kiosk has to be used. One employee finally greeted me with “What’s wrong?” after I tried to get someone’s attention at the 10 minute mark. I was told it will be right out. Wrong! At 20 minutes of waiting a much nicer employee saw me as the only customer in the place. She asked how’s it going and I told her it’s now 20 minutes I’ve been waiting. She said it will be right out. Wrong! At 25 minutes enough is enough. I needed to go. I get what appears to be a refund to my card (I hope) and left. Not impressed at all with my experience with Whataburger on Winchester Road.
Lunchtime can be a little crazy but our order was spot on. Not over or undercooked and as ordered. The chili cheese fries were amazing!! Chili burger was good as well but too much for one person to order both of these. Great for sharing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Service ZERO. Need to do better during lunch hours. Especially if it's your busiest time. I didn't get a chance to order because she kept telling me to "Hold". But the cars in the other line orders were taken. I ended up driving off.
I really enjoyed the Apple Cranberry Chicken Salad and the to-go container. However, it took a while to receive around lunchtime. I should’ve stuck with a burger.
