First off, Google took us the wrong way to enter the parking lot so that was annoying. Once we parked and got inside, flies were flying around the restaurant and the location had a meh vibe. The staff wasn’t unfriendly but seemed low energy. The bathroom was decent. The food was okay. Whataburger just isn’t what it used to be.
Second time I've just been highly disappointed in this place I'm probably just going to quit going Best time probably took me 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru as I'm traveling back to Hugo I put my straw in my Dr pepper and it tastes like complete butt It does not taste like Dr pepper at all All I can really taste is carbonation just so y'all know y'all have now lost a customer and I've always bragged about this place because it was better than the other one in Paris I can't remember what happened last time but I remember there was issues last time and this time I couldn't get a milkshake as well I was pretty disappointed about that Y'all need to do better a lot better The lady at the window claimed it was the new manager evidently he's an idiot so you might want to go ahead and change that out
Terrible service. It took 20+ minutes. Everything in our order was wrong in some way and a sandwich was missing from the order. This was a pickup order, no straws or napkins given. When we went in to get the missing item, we told an employee what we were missing and they ignored us and walked away so we had to wait in line to get our missing item. The way they so amazingly do their jobs so poorly makes it seem that it's intentional.
Food was okay but took 20 minutes to get it. It is not very professional for the manager to be approaching customers as soon as they set down and get them to give a 5 star review. We weren’t seated at our table for even two minutes when we got approached for reviews.
This place actually deserves Zero stars. Worst customers service anyway where in Paris rexas. I waited at the order stand in the drive thru about ten to 12 minutes waiting to order. Then after ordering was told when I got to the windows I would need to wait for it to be cooked fresh. There was enough time to cook my order while I waited if they would take more than one order at a time.
The staff are super nice and the food is delicious!! Also the manager was very friendly while working her tail off. Great atmosphere also!!
Me and my family just went through drive though and it took 15 minutes before someone finally took our money at the window. Then we got pulled up and we waited 35 minutes on our food to be brought out to us then when we checked it the lady told us they were waiting on fresh fries and brought us half a fry carton full of cold fries!! First bad experience I've had there and I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!
I’ve been eating whataburger since the 90s and Paris Tx whataburger is hands down best whataB I’ve ever been to. We stop here every time we drive through town. It’s a gift and a curse that it’s one of the few restaurants in town. On the positive side, the workers take it serious and provide better burgers than any other whataburger I’ve been to. On the down side, you’ll have to wait 10-20 minutes to get your food since it is always busy during normal dining times. It’s worth the wait every time.
