I had a terrible experience at this location. I attempted to use a newspaper coupon twice, as I had done before, by placing two separate orders—one for me and one for my husband, who wasn’t present. This time, I was told I could only use the coupon once and that it had to be taken away, despite no such rule being listed on the coupon. When I asked for a supervisor, Mariana Perez, she insisted it was store policy and refused to let me use it twice. I asked to see the coupon's fine print, which confirmed no mention of a one-time use rule. When I pointed this out, she said it was simply "store policy" and blamed it on cashier training. I requested my food so I could leave, but she asked for my receipt, which felt unnecessary since the system already tracks transactions. I feared she might try to refuse to give me the food I paid for. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. A supervisor should prioritize customer satisfaction, not argue over unclear policies. If I’d been informed of the policy earlier, this issue could’ve been avoided. I request a follow-up and expect compensation for this poor experience.
I didn't get a very good picture because I really didn't want to be so noticeable but don't get it twisted, this is the best chicken strip buffalo sandwich meal I've had in a while, very good customer service and very clean restaurant
I’ve heard this is compared to Five Guys, but I completely disagree, I think it’s more like Steak and Shake, but not as good. It’s so far my least favorite burger fast food. The patty is too small and flavorless, and the Texas toast is flavorless too. Sorry!
Georgetown had great customer service. It feels nice when they treat you nice at a fast food. Very grateful!
I visit this Whataburger frequently since it’s close to my house. The experience is hit or miss—sometimes the food is great, other times not so much. During my last visit, I asked the employee if he could cut my burger in half. He initially said he forgot and handed me a plastic knife. When I asked politely if he could cut it to avoid making a mess in the car, he responded by closing the drive-thru window in my face. This kind of service is disappointing and unacceptable.
Me and my buddy go here sometimes before classes and we got our orders wrong several times. It was the same cashier and she was always rude to us. Gladly the manager stepped in and made her get our order right. TBH we wont be going there anymore till she is gone.
Server got my salad wrong after I asked for chicken on the side. They put it on my salad with cheese on top after it told them the manager said they can take it off but can't give me a different salad bcz they premade but the chicken isn't premade and I don't want eat my chicken on my salad he slammed the salad in trash like a mad man can made another salad and added the worst pieces of me in a container on the side.
Staff was very polite and helpful, not comments I would normally associate with a fast food dining establishment. This Whataburger was really a nice place. Stop there some time you will enjoy the experience.
