Leecy container stopped here for lunch across from Texas motor Speedway! I love this Whataburger and the people who run it. Everyone in the store is unbelievably nice and bends over backwards to get you exactly what you want the way you want it. It’s always clean the restrooms are cleanoptions on the menu and are willing to do whatever they can to help you and make sure you’re happy. I got a boneless bacon and cheese Whataburger and they made it exactly the way I asked definitely come visit these people you won’t be sad.
ATTENTION MANAGERS, This is the 3rd experience I've had at the same location (by the TX Speedway). I had enough, and I'm posting my complaint. After calling to complain, you are not hearing my voice, so this time, I'll make my statement here. The eggs were burned, crunchy & greasy. The bacon tasted like it was not cooked. The hashbrown were hard and overly cooked. I would love to train your employees how to cook if you're unable to do it. I have not experienced Whataburger being this horrible. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!! here is my proof, Please see the photos.
The lady taking my order was courteous and the gentleman at the drive up window (?Bidal) was very polite and professional.
However, it took 19 minutes to get my food! I placed my order at 7:04am, waited in line 10 minutes to pay for my food and had to wait another 9 minutes to get my food!
After waiting almost 10 minutes in line after ordering, they told me they were out of biscuits and asked me to please pull forward until they made some more. How can you not have enough biscuits during a breakfast rush of only 6 cars?
This is a drive thru, not a diner. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get your food at a fast food restaurant! And you shouldn’t run out of something during certain time periods of the day, like breakfast items during breakfast! And after waiting 20 minutes for food, it shouldn’t look like you just threw it in a bowl! Not that it would change the flavors, but it just doesn’t look appetizing.
The real bummer for me is, now I won’t be going to Whataburger any more and I love their biscuits and gravy. This is the second time this has happened at this Whataburger! I won’t give them a third time to mess up because I don’t like to strike out.
Tired of horrible service. I've never posted good or bad on here regarding Whataburger, even when this particular location is 50/50 on correct orders.
THIS time... no excuses hw horrible my order was (see pics)
1) I ordered guacamole. Half of it was on the wrapper, not the burger.
2) Asked for toasted bun, got burnt
3) No tomatos, and I got tomatoes. Glad I'm not allergic. It was even stated on the receipt.
My partner and I ordered a breakfast bowl and a breakfast sandwich in the drive thru, the food is good and it was quickly served, but we didn’t receive a fork or napkins. The worker at the window seemed to be rushing out food.
The food is pretty good during lunch and dinner. I only gave it 2 stars as my overall rating because the last few times, the inside is absolutely FREEZING. When asked to turn up the AC, I got some answer about corporate locks the temperature. The food gets cold before you are halfway through it cause it's so cold. When I leave, the tips of the fingers are blue.
Went for breakfast this morning and my fried egg was full of eggshells. Took forever to get our food and then charged 5 dollars for our drinks when they where supposed to come with a combo meal. We love having breakfast at Whataburger was our first time at this location since moving here.
Not sure what was going on Thanksgiving morning at 0330 but that was the absolutely worst experience I've ever had at a whataburger. Several people in line at the drive thru so I went in. 5 people waiting on food inside and nobody taking my order. One customer asked how much longer and the employee told them she wasn't sure and left. Still nobody taking orders so I went back to the car and got in line. 6 cars ahead of me and in 20 minutes 1 car go their food.
