The customer service is pretty good and fast. I love their fries ????! They have some of the best fries to me. However, they should take spicy out of their chicken sandwich cause there was no kick to it whatsoever, and the tenders were a little hard.
I see yall ???? Passing through and ordered my meal on the app. My order is always ready when I walk through the door. Kind service from the ladies up front. Keep it up ???? Good looking out on the extra pickles. I love the consistency every time I pass through. #htowncustomer
Yesterday’s Sunday afternoon crew killed it !! Was passing through from Waco to get a quick pick me up (fry & drink) & was met with kindness in the drive thru & they informed me when I got to window that they were getting me a fresh batch of fries as I had been waiting behind some larger orders !! Talk about great quality & service , a lot of places would not care & just give you something that had been sitting out but I can tell this location takes quality serious. Also…. The Dr Pepper I had was very crisp & on point . Will be stopping here again when I’m in the area
Be prepared to spend an entire night in the drive through without an option to get out if you order in the 2am time frame. I work third shift, so my lunch hours are different. Went there at 1:45am trying to beat the after bar rush and got there with 5 cars in front of me. 45 minutes later I had finally moved up 3 cars and had enough room to leave. What a disaster and waist of time. I'll never go back to this place because they are oblivious and clueless on how to run a business.
Great on the customer service. But let me tell you I tried the chili cheese double meat and it was YUMMY. If you like frito pie you’ll love this burger. Don’t forget it does have onions, so you will have onion breathe the entire day. Other than that it was good.
The gentleman on the speaker taking our order helped us save some money and was so polite! We need more people like him!!!!! Makes me want to drive 20 miles just to come to this one!
Best Whataburger in the area. The GM runs a tight ship and it really shows. Always clean, staff is friendly, and order mistakes are rare. My family actually goes out of our way to eat at this location (and we have been for years) because it's that much better than the rest. Keep it up, y'all!
Great service and food during our visit. It was extremely crowded, and the bathroom was occupied the entire 45 min period we were there. Not a great place to stop off if you need to use the restroom after a long drive.
