I requested fresh fries 3 times. 3 times the fries were not fresh. The guy argued with me and told me they were fresh. I easily held out the cold fries, there was a slight warmth not hot feel to them I asked for my money back for my meal and the old guy said sure but then he said it had to be my husband’s food too. My husband didn’t have a problem with his food, I did. I have not only worked in fast food but have eaten at fast food restaurants and know the difference in cold and very hot very fresh fries. Fries cost too much to get old, hot fries are enjoyable, cold fries cause the oil to be the only flavor that I taste. This store needs to have the city health department to come out and do an unannounced inspection. Corporate should know about their horrible customer service. I ordered the hamburger #1 with a small fry. There was no ketchup given. I had to go back and ask for ketchup.
This place is sad. This is my first time returning here after a year and a half. Nothing has changed at all. I had to asked the cashier several times to change his gloves. Our fries were super hot & fresh but Our burgers tasted like they've been sitting there for two days. When this plan first opened & was still family owned, it was super amazing. I've given them years on years to rectify any mistakes or mishaps. They still seem to disappoint at the end.of the day. They should be shut down immediately because of their inconsistent practices.
If you're from out if town & have been waiting to taste What a burger..... don't!!!! The tables were filthy & no one was there & this establishment is off of a major highway in Texas. Please, save yourself time, money & the Texas experience by completely bypassing this place. My husband has reached out to corporate for over 6 years & still nothing has been accomplished. Please y'all, stop supporting these big corporations that doesn't care about anything else but your dollar. Good food is supposed to be Good food without all of the extra discrepancies.
Very well impressed with this location. The fries were hot and crispy, the hamburger was well done made to order, the apple
pie was delicious. We were there a mere 15 minutes in and out the drive through. Great job, this is what going to pick up food is about. Good, accurate and fast.
Order ahead of time on the app and still has to wait 16 min for my order. The over was extremely dirty and this was noticed by several customers dining in. I feel sorry for customers the unsuspecting drive thru customers consuming it. Once i finally got my order i was missing a whole burger. This was corrected but by the time i got my correct order it had been 25 minutes. For a order i was supposed to be able to arrive and carry out.
Ordered 3 honey buttered chicken biscuits. I specifically asked for fresh biscuits & chicken not too crispy with extra honey butter. When I tell you that chicken was so crunchy it made my teeth hurt! The biscuits were dark brown and hard, honey butter freezing cold & the sandwiches were clearly not fresh! Never will I ever return to this location.
It’s not the best area, but the food is great and the people are really nice. When I use the restroom. They let me use the restroom. I understand it’s in the neighborhood where they have to lock the shoes, but I’m thankful that they’re kind even if I don’t buy something to let me use the restroom.
The quality of food was as terrible as the customer service. Every other whataburger location that I have been to has never disappointed, however this one did. When I got home after going through the drive thru I looked through my bag and realized that my order was so messed up that half of the items I was charged for were was missing. The few items that were in my bag were cold and stale. I called the location and attempted to explain exactly what items were missing and how my food was cold. The employee I spoke to first was so clueless and seemed like she didn’t care. She ended up putting her manager on and when I again explained what was wrong the only solution the manager had was to have me drive all the way back with the cold and incorrect items, give those back, and have me sit there and wait for them to make us new ones in hope of maybe my order being correct finally. Unfortunately I live a life too busy to go back and hope Whataburger can figure out how to give me the correct order that I payed for, a second time so I did not waste my time going back to that dump.
This Whataburger is relatively new, quite clean, with friendly staff.
My burger was excellent! Cooked just right, assembled well, and tasted great.
Manager's name is Russell Uzzaman and he is a super nice guy!
