I ordered 3 piece tenders and they gave me only 2 pieces. I called them and they told me to wait till after 4pm to call back cause they were busy. I demanded to speak to them immediately otherwise I’d report them. They simply laughed and said for me to go ahead and do so. Very unprofessional atmosphere.
I usually like writing good reviews yet there will be those times where the food and customer service do not fall in alignment with me. This restaurant is majority of the time backed up, under staffed in evenings and horrible attitudes no matter the time of the day.
I am a very patient customer because I've worked on the other side and get it when someone slacks or calls off. This location does not acknowledge your presence when they are busy. The night time employee on Thursday 01/04/2023 Nadia was very rude and I hope this issue is resolved to assure the customer service level rises.
Food fresh excluding the fries. Chicken tenders and fries were ordered.
This store is absolutely terrible! I asked my dasher to get me a ranch because on Doordash they don’t give the option, and he said she refused to let him open the bag to make sure it was in there because ‘it’s not his food’, just for it to not even be inside. Even if he would’ve asked he would’ve had my full permission to make sure everything was in my bag! DO BETTER!!
I don't understand the double line thing. They have someone standing outside in the heat (soon to be cold) taking orders, but since they have only one kitchen, the food comes out at the same pace. Yes, you get to move up, but you wait for the same amount of time.
My other issue with this is that sometimes people get the orders wrong. Not that it's their fault. They have to keep track of twice as many people's food. They gave my order to the wrong person, so we had to wait even longer. Then sometimes they will forget to add things and so on.
Please stop the double line thing. I'd like to have my order without problems.
This is the closest location to me, so I come often. Let me start off by saying that the food at this location is never consistent. Sometimes I come and it is really good and other times I come and regret it. Tonight was one of those nights where I am very unsatisfied.
This location is pretty much always busy at night, so I came prepared to wait in the drive thru line. I sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes because there were 5 cars ahead of me when I arrived. Like I said, I come often and the line is always long so I had no problem with waiting. I associated the long wait time with them making each order fresh. I quickly learned once I got home that this was not the case. On the way home, I tried a fry and it was hot, so I thought my burger would also be hot, but when I got home my burger was cold. I got grilled onions and they were also cold.
I do no stay far from whataburger so the food should have atleast been warm if it was fresh. The fries were warm when I made it home, so this tells me that my burger was not fresh. I was not satisfied with the burger at all. This is upsetting because it makes me wonder what I was waiting in line for 20 minutes for ? Ultimately, I would recommend checking your food before leaving. I had a very long day today so I did not, but I wish I did.
We ordered online, and yet for some reason still has to sit in drive thru for almost AN HOUR on Sunday night. They took 5 plus minutes to acknowledge us at the drive thru speaker. I thought maybe only 1 person was working so I was going to give them grace but once I got to the window I seen multiple employees working. They took another 4 minutes to acknowlege us, 5 minutes after that to give us our drinks, 15 minutes to give us our food. The employee at the window was in no urgency to get orders out nor was she at all apologetic for the wait. Her name was Michelle. Completely unacceptable. Had we not already paid online, I would've not waited for this terrible service. El Paso Whataburgers would never.
I was at the drive thru at 10:58 i asked if they were serving breakfast they said yes so i told them if i could have a second to look at the menu. When im ready it was litteraly 11 on the dot. I asked for my breakfast menu and they tell me they are no longer serving breakfast. I understand that breakfast items are made ahead of time like the eggs , biscuits however they could have accomadated me seeing that i was already in line. I worked at whataburger before i know it’s possible… it was super dissapointing. There customer service needs improvement
Do not use curbside, the staff are not capable of handling it. You walk inside 15 minutes after your food was supposed to be ready to find your drinks just sitting out, shakes melted cokes watered down but at least the food is just sitting out again cold because they were waiting on one thing that someone forgot about. All while there's no one in the drive through and only one person waiting inside. Terribly managed whataburger
