The taste of the food is the same as other Whataburgers. However, the atmosphere is different in this branch. The interior looks very old and outdated. I think they need to renovate to make it look newer and brighter because it looks dark inside.
Asked for honey butter sauce. The guy gave me a honey mustard which I am allergic to mustard. I almost didn’t look at it and ate it as the packaging is the same as the honey butter. I’m more upset about the fact that I won’t be able to enjoy my pancakes with honey butter sauce
This whataburger is always good. Consistent with the outstanding whataburger standard this location is clean and convenient. I eat here alot for lunch and have never had any problems
The ol faithful. 24 hour service. Whataburger has been a haven after storms forever. Also a great way to track power outages via their website. If their location is showing closed on their map it’s out of power.
I placed an online order. When I arrived at the restaurant, I realized I had ordered for the wrong address. The manager, Jorge, I believe, took care of it quickly and efficiently. He had my order ready in no time flat. Best customer service and best burgers in town
First time visiting this location on this side of town. I received fresh hot food at time of my order. And Great Customer Service and employees were very courteous. Also, was offered a free complimentary drink of Sweet Ice Tea. I highly recommend this Whataburger location.????????
Always a good experience at this location. It might be a little packed during lunch hut that doesn't stop the staff from getting your order out to you quickly. Presentation and quality always good. Overall one of the best whataburger spot I have been to.
Got this today because I saw an ad and had to try it. Not only was it disappointing to receive this 20 minutes after I order in the drive thru but didn’t even get them with the rest of my order. I had to wait for the Whataburger employee to come back (I was placed on lane B) to inform her that I didn’t receive my chili cheese fries and something gave me a hunch to ask my husband to check if they gave us my daughter’s chocolate chip cookie (which they didn’t). When I informed the employee of this when she came back with my chili cheese fries which were cold all the way. Not even the chili was warm she giggled and walked away. She then sent another girl to give me my daughter’s cookie.
