I recently visited Whataburger, and overall, it was a great experience. The people who work here are really cool and genuinely funny, which made the visit enjoyable. The food was pretty good, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. The only issue I had was that every time I asked for the birthday cake shake I paid for, they kept forgetting to bring it out. However, they eventually got it to me, so all was well in the end. Despite that small hiccup, I’d definitely come back. Solid 4-star experience!
I’ve had SO many issues with incorrect orders, missing items, ordering then being told half of my order is out of stock, etc. The management is so kind but after this last order DIDNT HAVE MEAT ON THE CHEESE BURGER it doesn’t matter. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT come to this location if you care to have everything you paid for because it will never happen.
Ordered in drive through. Was not even thanked once I received my cheeseburger. That’s not the issue. I paid extra for Christmas donation of $1. Was brought my burger but told to pull to inside lane at front of drive through. Because they owe me donation ticket. I said okay and said can get a cup of water too. I then wait and wait only for another employee to come out with water in a cone cup. Not something I can even sit in my console while driving and proceeded telling I need to pull even further up into the parking lanes outside of drive through. Wait/what? You’re not set up for donations you’re pushing through on transactions? I left without it. No receipt given either. I did have an expo ticket on bag

I don’t always have great experiences at fast food places, and to be honest;I’m picky! Good, friendly service is hard to run into nowadays! Kenya H, was an absolute treat! She was so quick to just help me out and get my order started. No fighting or Attitude. Love it!
I pulled up at 418am to the intercom. It took till 426 to respond i got my food at 447 almost 30minuts later. I ordered a #3 with cheese only cheese mayo and ketchup. With a sprite with light ice. I paid and was asked to pull up to the 3rd window after 5 more minutes guy asked me to pull up more. I was charger over 20 $ for this meal. This is a 13 $ meal. The 2 cars behind me got there food before me. My sprite tasted like soda not sprite so I asked for a coke and was asked to take the top off. Asked please replace this. And it spilled all over me.. and came back mid worm and no ice. fries are cold and this is what light sauce looks like. I love this chain but what’s up . And this was 2 not three pieces. 0 out of 0 worst one in the state. I also ordered a mid onion. Ring and got 3. I’ll be back to talk to them Gm. Unexpected
This is normally a really good Whataburger store clean nice people but the evening crew not good is one particular manager and I don't know her name but the food is always cold and never cooked the way you asked she always has an attitude but the morning crew people and the head manager Travis are some of the best people you will find in a restaurant always a smile on their face food is good restaurant is clean this review is for the crew that is working tonight 10/3/24. 6pm , Any other time you can go there and get great service and great food I give the rest of them five stars across the board the head manager there really knows how to pick his people I love going when they are there ,you leave smiling thank you for the good vibes and good food .
Unfortunately, on my 1st time there (6/17/24) their cooking oil spilled and could only complete orders with the grease they had salvaged. This was not an issue for me, my missing medium fry and apple pie is what tarnished my taste. Again, you don't getta 2nd chance @a 1st impression. Hopefully, things will improve.
We were not greeted when we came in. (2 employees were at the counter, no customers in front of us.) Our food was not brought out to us, our number was called. Did not get our dipping sauce. Was not offered ketchup, salt, napkins.
Definitely not like any other whataburger we have been to.
