Just worked the hardest shift as a bartender, it’s now Christmas Eve. I’m headed home to wrap presents, stop to get food. I wasn’t spoke too when receiving my food & my drink came with no ice at all. When I asked for a cup of ice instead of asking for my drink to be remade I was given an eye roll and again no words throughout the entire exchange. Love the food, find someone who actually wants to be in the service industry before putting them in a window especially on Christmas Eve early morning for when other service workers get off
Hooray for Whataburger even if sometimes it’s What a slow burger.. it’s worth it. They are reliable with milkshakes and the employees here have a great attitude even in the midst of chaos. Even my 6 year old commented on the cleanliness of the restroom. Way to go Whataburger Cantonment!
The food here is consistent. It's what you've come to know and love from Whataburger. There can be a substantial wait in the drive thru, with 30 minutes in line being average for breakfast and other rush times. The food is always fresh, and 99% of the time, the order is correct. Management and staff have always corrected any mistakes to my satisfaction. I have recommended the location in the past and will again in the future.
Very disappointing location. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, but the food was terrible. The burgers were cold, so cold that the cheese wasn't even remotely close to melting against the patty. The lettuce had clearly not been even shaken off, but seemed to have been pulled directly out of a bowl of water, that's how wet the bun was. The fries were stale and bland, as if they had been cooked several hours earlier and left to sit under a heatlamp. The chicken strips were equally cold and dry. All in all, very disappointing experience. I wanted to like it because of how friendly the staff was, but poor food can't be offset no matter how polite the staff is.
This place tried to kill me by serving me over salted fries… so salty to the point it was inedible. Like they used a whole container of Morton just in my one serving of large size fries. It seemed the cook just said screw it, because the ridiculous large amount of glistening salt was so obvious that the fries look like churros covered in sugar.
Usually I have nice fresh food from here. But tonight I am pissed. They gave me the wrong order in drive through so I had to go back to get my order fixed. Theeeeennnn I got home again and realized instead of a #12 Spicy chicken they gave me a regular chicken sandwich. How do you all mess up my order TWICE???
Late night run for some munchies, and everything was good, took a bit in line but food was warm and was devoured.
First time at Whataburger and I can honestly say, what a burger!! The patty melt was amazing, so juicy and dripping with flavor. I don’t think I’ve had a fast food experience like this in my life! ???? The fries were perfectly salted too!
