How hard is it to make a hamburger with pickles AND TOMATOES? Seriously, the eye roll didn't help my situation. Things you may not notice, cold and smashed flat. Every 6 months I go there i remember why I don't like it anymore. Definitely can tell the difference since Yankees bought the franchise.
The buns have a temperature of 53 fahrenheit... They said they toasted it .. probably not ...
The meat has a temperature of 82 fahrenheit... Usually everyone would expect their food to be hot. Especially after you waited 18 minutes in the restaurant and there was no business for the 6 workers...
A busy location like every Whataburger. The location is clean and the members are friendly. Entrances do have accessible entrances, the parking lot is lighted we'll at night. The burgers ordered were just right but the fries were not as hot as normal. Overall good experiences.
Waited in the drive thru almost 20 mins for cold less than sub par food. To have to bring it back and walk in to a full staff of attitudes. Bad attitudes! It’s a very bad look to paying customers.
There were several people bringing food back and awaiting orders. A lady making burgers said “all yall looking at me? For what? I’m about to quit”
The manager was very helpful and made sure my food was correctly made and was still very positive despite all her staff giving her a hard time and threatening to quit.
Worst location, but it’s the closest so I stopped last night about 9:30pm. Walked in to place my order. I stood in “line” (2ppl including me) for about 10min. No acknowledgment, nothing. I left and went to Chick Fila where they do not serve my patty melt on a bun, dry.
Blatantly Rude.
I know Whataburger has notoriously slow service, but this location really takes the gold medal for slow service. They also earn high marks on rudeness. I really wish there were other locations near me. I’ve been trapped in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes and I’m not even close to the window.
Lord I don’t know who that child was working in the drive thru on 11/11/24 around 9pm but please take her off drive thru. It took over 20 minutes sitting at the speaker in the drive thru just to get her to take our order then we asked her to repeat our order she said a jalapeño whataburger we wanted to clarify it was the jalapeño and CHEESE whataburger and she was just as ditzy and said well it comes in there so we don’t say that.. since when! I liked this whataburger till today that baby was SPECIAL! And the fries were cold and stale the burgers were not hot….like I don’t know this isn’t my usual experience here I am beyond disappointed
They definitely need more staff. I waited patiently to order because “they were backed up in orders” waited ten min and had no luck, go to a different location fo sure
