Great food, great customer service everyone is very kind would have loved to give them 5 stars however I always have the same problem. Every time I go I always order a BBQ sauce on the side, I will ask the worker who is helping me if my sauce is in there and they say yes so I trust them. Why wouldn't I?, if I can trust them to make me my food then I trust they will put my sauce in my bad.HOWEVER, this is the third time I did not receive my BBQ sauce even when I paid for it. Please just give me my sauce, I genuinely start tweaking over the fact I get home and there is no BBQ sauce. But other than that great place!!.

Been consistently late to dropping off orders because the staff doesn't bother doing a small portion of their job. Simply asking a name and seeing if it's ready, is that really too hard to do? We're all trying to do our jobs too and I don't want it put in jeopardy because of someone else's lack of decency. Especially the short woman in the front between 9pm-2am
Morning crew can't seem to get it together. 15 minute plus wait in the drive through is normal. Lady who takes the order can barely speak English. Tried a couple times ,no improvements McDonald's down the street does way better at service with people getting food in a timely manner n the morning
The young lady (at the drive through which is a norm for me) was sweet, new employee. The food was good, it wasn't busy, but took me a minute to get my food. This place is kinda hit & miss. The food is usually good cept for the other day when my lettuce was frozen, but this visit was a good one.
I asked for the new WhataWings. I had heard good things. I asked for them with Buffalo and a side of jalapeño ranch. I asked for them to be sauced and not on the side with the Buffalo. They came out dry. When I asked if they're supposed to be covered in sauce, the lady tried to argue with me. She then takes them back and puts two small squirts of sauce. After I tossed them you can see how little sauce was actually on them.
Ordered an egg and potato toaquito but somehow got no egg. The guy taking my order was also rushing me and it seems they’re rushing the orders too.
For the 1st time in years this store was nasty. Our food was cold and tasted weird. Went back to let the manager know and was told they don't speak English. Very disappointed
