I paid over $14+ for #2: a double whataburger meal after a 10 hour work day. Was looking forward to eating it at home.
This is what I got:
*2 patties between 2 buns and a couple bacon strips and a bit of ketchup. THAT'S IT.
Where's the lettuce??? The tomatoes??? The onions???
I basically got a kids type of burger for $14.
Can you say.. ..refund please?
Never going back.

The cashier Leslie was very sweet. She was very patient as I was a new customer ordering breakfast for the first time when I pulled up to the window I can hear the manager screaming over a ticket that was incorrectly closed out cashier was apologetic that’s when the manager reached over and slammed the window, I can hear through the window manager yelling at the Young lady having to re- ring in the ticket the cashier came back to give me my total, I see the manager behind throw my order at the young girl on the counter, and she continue to be apologetic. I asked for the managers name her name was Maricela. If employees are treated like that, it’s very unpleasant Especially for customers to see this firsthand. My Experience was not very pleasant. I hope the company takes action towards the manager for treating her employees so badly.

Ordered a Sweet and Sour combo with no bacon.
The fries were hot but the burger was missing from the buns! Did get the sweet and sour though.
Whataburger drive-thru: Fast, fresh, and delicious!
Stopped by Whataburger for a late-night craving and was pleasantly surprised by the quick drive-thru service. My burger was hot and juicy, just the way I like it. Fries were crispy and the spicy ketchup was a perfect touch. Open 24/7, Whataburger is always there when you need a tasty fix.
Food meets standard when you get it. Staff is friendly, but missing some training. Atleast 4 people in my visit returned/came in to get an order corrected. My breakfast order was missing coffee and hashbrowns when it got to the table.
Excellent customer service. Food was very delicious. I tried the new burger. To me it was worth it. I'm not the person to b trying new things all the time, but I did this time.
Food was incorrect. Told mgr drinks were flat or tasted like carbonated water and his response was taste fine to him. I hate I threw receipt away because I ordered a triple bacon cheeseburger and feel robbed. Fries were HORRIBLE!!! Manager Josh was not customer friendly. I have a video I will be uploading stay tuned.
Delicious burgers and salads! Place is clean and well maintained. Personnel attended well. Recommend it!
