Just received an order from this location through door dash and the quality of this food is completely unacceptable, especially for what is being charged. All of the food was cold. Chicken looked stale and over fried. The fries also looked stale. The chicken and fries look like they had been sitting out for hours. The 3 strip meal looked like it was opened and eaten out of with a strip missing. It looked exactly like the picture when I opened it. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be eating from here again.
This location was pleasant and clean! An overall warm and cozy vibe. Totally inviting with atmosphere and food! The smell was mouthwatering and tasted even better! I work early mornings and often night shifts. I tell you my favorite meal on cold nights is hot sausage gravy and biscuits with hashbrowns. We'll done team

Check your orders, and your tickets as this location is not thorough nor do they listen.
Got home from a to go order with wrong items (onion rings vs fries) and items missing.
Returned and was treated by manager Ashley who only offered to replace fries and left us with cold burgers and was defensive and unwilling to mend their wrongs.
The manager had to confer with her boss twice, poor quality service and food

I got food poisoning. They contaminated my burger with other food. It was awful. Normally the food is fresh and Good. It has taken me time to say this because normally my food is great from there. I still have the burger and receipt . Epic fail on October 2nd. I have a witness. Be cautious folks. Your health matters.
Came to tell us there would be a wait of 5 minutes for the wings, that was nice of them, however only one of the wing containers were fresh. The other one was old and mushy due to being left in the BBQ sauce waiting for the other one to be ready. The fries also cold, they did replace them though.
The most terrible experience and the burger was just throw thrown on the wrapper. Burger wasn't put together.

I used to love this place but the last couple times have made me decide not to come here again.
I had not been here in a long time and so I was excited when my gf suggested we go. We went through the drive thru and it went smooth. Our order went through without any problems and the wait was not long at all. The only issues I had was #1 the burger had a lot of mustard. I like mustard but it overpowered every other ingredient in the burger. I had them put some guacamole on mine and I couldn't taste it because of all the mustard that was on it. I had to scrape it all off. #2 it ended up being almost $25 for 2 medium combos. MEDIUM! Other than that the service was great and all. Will go again soon but no mustard next time.

Our 4 food items were hot and fresh.
Ordered large peppermint white chocolate coffee with sweet cream. Woman handed us black coffee. When asked to fix it, she became indignant and handed us 1 creamer, then closed her window, locked it and walked away. Receipt showed exactly what we ordered.
