My girlfriend and I have been eating at this Whataburger for quite some time on Sundays. The burgers are ALWAYS tasty and FRESH! I've noticed it seems like the fries are a little more crispy which I love.
Anjelica and Burgundy worked together to take our order. I appreciate that both these girls went the extra mile to take care of the customer. The service that they displayed was outstanding and very welcoming to see, these days, at fast food restaurants.
If you go into this restaurant, don't forget to say Hi to Michael. This guy will lift up your spirits and he ALWAYS has a SMILE on his face. That's why we keep going back to this restaurant.
Oh... And ALL Whataburgers use REAL ketchup- Ingredients: Tomato Concentrate (Tomato Paste, Water), Distilled Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Natural Flavors. Not this corn syrup and high fructose that most fast food restaurants use nowadays. Sometimes I get the onion rings which are THE BEST onion rings of ANY fast food joint in town.
This location is pretty good. They can make mistakes like anybody else and the food sometimes is just alright. Make sure to check to see if your order is correct and all there. Parking is not the greatest if you wish to dine in. Other than that, it's a safe bet to grab a bite to eat here. Never got sick here.
Really good customer service. The worker behind the counter as well as the employee working the floor really went above and beyond for their customers. My food was good and so was my service, but watching the employees take such care with the food and the other customers was refreshing. Even the employee sitting down and having her meal for the day was even kind and helpful. Fell into an alternate universe for service over here at whataburger in ABQ!!Good stuff.
Whataburger has stepped up its game in making it food/products better. I also like that they stay open later too. Other fast food places need to do that too. Only downside and why I don’t visit as much…it’s expensive last time 3 of us eating and it cost $57. That’s too much
Not so hard to place fries upright and the proper way. Not just toss them in there! Horrible ass customer service!
First time we ever ate at Whataburger. It was good. Service through the drive thru was off tho and they forgot to even give us our drink. Ate there while we were in Albuquerque waiting for family that was in the hospital.
It's been several years since I last ate at Whataburger and since I don't surprisingly have a Whataburger back home (Las Vegas, Nevada)...yet, I had to make it a point to visit here while traveling for work because I love this fast food restaurant.
I stopped here on 14 Oct 2023 around 4:50 pm and it was a great experience overall. I will say that this restaurant is probably the smallest Whataburger I've ever visited in my life (most of the restaurants I've visited were in Texas). The employees working during the time of my visit were very friendly, attentive, and moved at a respectable rate of speed - zero issues with their customer service!
The food itself were great. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal (this was the first time trying a chicken sandwich at Whataburger and I'll admit, their chicken sandwiches are up there in ranking with their wonderful burgers, and I'll even match them with Chick-fil-A. I know it's a bold statement but the seasoning on the chicken, along with the sauce is phenomenal. I also ordered a Whataburger Jr. with Cheese because I can't just order a chicken sandwich at a burger place. I was slightly disappointed that the burger bun was a little smashed but oh well, that didn't make me lose any sleep. I forgot how good their fries were...my favorite fast food fries is from McDonald's and Wendy's...but this is up there with them.
The restaurant wasn't 100% clean when I walked in (tables and chairs still needed cleaning); however, the restaurant cleanliness was adequate. While I was eating, I did notice the cashier cleaning around the dining area a little until more customers walked in. Overall, I enjoyed the visit and definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Top notch Whataburger. ???? most of these are nice and clean, every now and then you will see a dirty whataburger, but this place is super clean everytime I come. They always have all the sauces, napkin etc stocked up. Probably best Whataburger in the state. Food is especially well made here.
