The burger itself is good but the bun could be better. Almost every other FF place has better buns. The fries are as bad as in&out fries. Could be the worst in the industry. Butbit was clean and good service.
It's Wait-A-Burger, when they are busy you'll wait a long time. The food was good as usual. Drive thru gave me the wrong drink, though. I didn't find out til I was down the road. Can't do real sugar, so that was a bummer. Otherwise ok visit.
Unfriendly and grumpy staff. No napkins, burger drenched in mayonnaise (excessive), we asked for ketchup, girl sighed and rolled her eyes and brought whatever she could find. Not a good location, drive further.
I didn't have much money and all I ordered was the sandwich instead of the meal. The counter attendant asked "me are you sure you don't want the meal?" Feeling embarrassed, I said, "no ma'am, we have drinks outside." With a disgusted look on her face she said nothing and finished putting in our order. Definitely won't be back to this Whataburger.
I waited an extra 15 minutes past the online ready time and ended up not getting all the correct items. Busy per usual but i watched my order sit and then be taken to the drive through window and then brought back finally to me. While waiting another worker asked out loud “what is this order waiting for?” and no one answered him. Please practice more organization and communication. Myself and multiple others were waiting for their orders. When you hungry and realized you didn’t get what you ordered it’s pretty frustrating and no, it’s not worth driving all the way back since i’m from out of town. I will just think twice before i stop at Whataburger again vs. giving another somewhere else a try.
Been sitting here waiting for more then 15 min for just a burger and fries this is ridiculous.
Waited for 25 minutes waiting on a #24. Only person in line and still had to pull up and wait another 15 minutes. Hash browns were not fresh. Over 8-10 employees hanging out eating breakfast. Ordered a large water and was charged for a Whole Jalapeño. Not to mention the water taste like faucet water. Will never be back here EVER
Sat in the drive thru lane for 13 minutes. Had other places to be had to go. Don't stop here if you plan on getting fast food.
