Very Ghetto atmosphere. Manager hollering at workers about where they are versus where they should be. They were hollering about some girl in the back crying.
The food was below any restaurants standards should be. The bun smelled burnt before I even bit it. The fries were burnt. The meat on the burger was burnt. I was overall disappointed.
I'm not a fan. They used to be better or maybe my palette has advanced or maybe the burgers just aren't the same anymore. But sure what it is, but just not happy when I go here anymore. Sucks to say that. Side note the staff is amazing.. so I'm not blaming them. And he'll this place is busy all the time. Guess it's just me
I was having a stressful evening and went for a shake for a pick me up and was so blessed by the kind staff… they completely changed my day and cheered me up! Felt God’s love by their kindness❤️ . Grateful for the team here
Good Service, of course since whataburger makes everything fresh, it at times can take a little while to get your food, BUT ... when it comes it is nice and hot and fresh!! I appreciate the folks that walk around the lobby asking if we need more ketchup or salt/pepper, etc... Have never had an issue with this place. Always top notch food and service here. Place is always clean. I always come back.
The Whataburger in Alvin has excellent food and service. Mr Randall does a good job of keeping it all together, making sure the customer is satisfied, and anything else that comes his way.
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Whataburger. After paying, I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes without a single person checking in. I had to call the restaurant to get someone to come to the window. When I asked to speak to the manager, she got on the phone without giving her name. It took three attempts for her to finally say her name was Sandra.
Given the 10-minute wait, I expected the food to be fresh and piping hot. Instead, it was cold. The fries were soft and oily, and the burgers were cold and sloppy, with sauce everywhere inside and outside the packaging. It looked like they were thrown together by a toddler.
I’m completely disappointed. What happened to the proud American Whataburger that served quality products and fresh food with excellent service?
The night i went was busy for no reason. I went inside to place my order. Took a long time however the manager acknowledged the long wait time and upgraded my shake. Thanks!
The sllstaff are very friendly and I love their root beer and they make my cheeseburger just the way I like it. But I hate their lids. They don't stay on tight and if you accedently hit or knock your drink over, the lid comes off making your drink go everywhere.
