The place was super clean and our food came out quickly and hot!
The lady who brought us our food was super nice.
We don't have one of these near us, so it was our first time having their breakfast. My husband really liked the taquitos and my chicken biscuit was good.
Only disappointment was it was like a chicken strip.... half the biscuit didn't have any meat.
My husband and I wanted to eat at Whataburger before we headed home for our 2 1/2 hour drive..
I needed to use the women’s restroom. I went in and I always check for toilet paper before I “go”… there was none.
I stepped out and went to the register and asked the young man that was there if I could get some toilet paper for the women’s restroom? He said yes sure then went over to a woman employee who was sitting at the “bar” area. He asked her do you want to get the toilet paper or do you want me to? I’m not sure what she responded but he came back and I assumed that meant the lady would be getting some for me….
my husband and I ordered our food. Surly at
any moment this woman (Who had gotten up from her spot she was sitting in ) would be getting toilet paper for me.. I got my drink and sat down to wait… My husband told me to go check to see if there was toilet paper. I went in and still no toilet paper… I used paper towel because I couldn’t wait any longer…
on our receipt it says Sarah S was our cashier but it was the young man that was so quick to try and help me. I have a picture of him it’s not really great but I’m sure Whataburger will know who he is and help him get the credit for trying to give great customer service.
The only reason why I’m giving four stars at all is because of the young man. I’m so thankful to this gentleman for trying to get toilet paper for me.

Pretty good burger chain. Kinda taste like an expensive Sonic though. Tried the Nashville Hot sauce and it didn’t taste like Nashville Hot. The burgers were big and plentiful and the fries were delicious.
This place is 24 /7 it was a weeknight late wasn’t busy at the time. Best place to eat especially if you’re traveling in town and coming from a place that doesn’t have what a burger. Love the spicy ????️ ketchup!!!

Ordered thru drive thru, woman taking order had a poor attitude. Felt rushed to place the order. Pulled up to window and sat for 5 minutes before someone came to the window, then paid, and was given drinks. Then asked to pull ahead. Had to sit there for 19 minutes to have our order brought out. Then they brought the wrong order out. Once we received our food, it was cold, burgers were sloppy and not warm, cheese was not melted at all and still cold. Fries looked and tasted hours old.. even the drinks were not good. Very disappointed.
I ordered the chicken sandwich combo. My food was fresh, and it all tasted good. They were not very busy when we stopped by in the early afternoon. We got our food quickly, and the employees we interacted with were friendly.
Stopped in today and was amazed. Super fast service, workers were very nice and friendly. This is a burger joint, I expected it to be like all other places (self service, go get your food at the counter.) Well not here, the girl taking orders brought our food to our table for us along with another girl that had a tray of condiments and napkins for us to get. The counter girl and the manager on duty also came out on the floor to ask if we needed anything else, asked if we would like a refill as well. The food was 10/10 with freshness, flavor, and spot on what we ordered. Service was 10/10. Love this place, will come back and visit more often!
I've had less service at fancy 5 star restaurants. Way to go Whataburger!
This location looks brand new. I had to wait a while for my burger with ZERO people in line. Food was great. Very clean restroom.
