Food is delicious but the time it takes to get your order, whether it's curbside, drive thru, pickup, dine-in, takes forever. It always takes minimum 20 minutes after the "ready time" for them to get me my food. Then the burgers come out cold. The least i'd expect after such a wait is for the food to be fresh.
I used to always order from here, but stopped. This meat is not cooked all the way. I order today because I forgot to pack lunch and it’s just disgusting.
I always come here food is always good and hot. But today I am very satisfied with my service the guy that took my order was polite and I appreciate that he he was friendly , thank you Adam ! ????
Burgers are always cold have no seasoning on the patties for some reason the patties look kinda grey.I feel like they make a bunch of patties at once and let them sit there till they eventually get ordered.Fries are always over fried and the onion rings are hit or miss. I’ve been going to this whataburger since they opened, seems to get worse with time. Do have to say the restaurant is clean and employees are nice, unfortunately the most important part THE FOOD is no good especially for the price they charge now.
I waited for more than 30 minutes for my food to be delivered. They delivered it to me and my order was not complete. I had to go into the store and ask for what was missing and I had to keep waiting... It's always been the same. Either they give me an incomplete order or they make me wait forever for it to be delivered. I called customer service to file a complaint and they hung up on me.
3/11/23:Place is clean, service was quick but they need to work in quality service becuase I had order chicken strips with gravy and the the gravy was spilled all over my food. I told employee to give me another gravy and they replaced it. This place need some training in quality assurance to complete the 5 star level expected from customers. Terrible. 1st off, wanted to order meals. They couldn't Whatasize saying all they had were small sized glasses. Ok. Asked if they were going to adjust the price. No answer. Ordered two meals. The 2nd one was with gravy for the chicken strips. I didn't even want to try and order the chocolate malt I wanted either. Paid for my order and got receipt. No adjustment in price was made. Asked to speak with a manager. The manager confirmed lack of proper size glasses for meals. Asked for adjustment and was told they couldn't do that. Wha? So I asked for at least another drink. She told cashier to give me another glass. I asked for a drink holder and got another dirty look from cashier. Got the holder. Ok, so I go to fill my three small glasses. Guess what? No coke. That's all I wanted. None available and when I asked another employee I was told they didn't have any. I tried the lemonade. None. I tried Sprite. Yea it was okay. I got Strawberry and then Rootbeer. We really wanted regular Coke. When I got my order I asked for ketchup. While the employee went to get some, I looked in the bag to check my order. I didn't see my gravy. Asked for that and went home. Whew so stressful. When I took my food out of the bag, the container of fries was half empty and so was the gravy container. The strips and fries weren't hot and they were burnt. Not flavorful. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience with terrible service. Imagine if I had gone through the drive-thru. I definitely need to go to a different location when I want Whataburger. There were other customers with issues as well. So sad. Don't recommend anything from this location.
