I've had great experiences here. The food is always great and the wait times inside the restaurant aren't too long, especially for Whataburger standards.
This store just opened so everyone is friendly and the food is fresh and fast. I went through the drive thru for breakfast and there was no waiting. My coworkers went for lunch, and they said they waited 45 minutes. I suspect it's just new store rush plus lunch hour. I was pleased with my order.
This location is horrible. Ive waited 40+ minutes for a #1 meal. Many people came in after me and literally got their food before me. I came to this location because it’s closer to me, but knew in my gut i should've stuck to the one on classen. The one on classen is new and actually has good employment. I literally watch the employees in the kitchen boxing each other and messing around instead of cooking.
The food is mediocre, but the service is terrible. All the employees either act like zombies or are incredibly rude. Personally, I don’t set the bar high on customer service at fast food places because I’d probably be in a bad mood working there too, but this is next level. If you’re the only person there your order will take 10 minutes, if there’s a line you might as well stream a movie on your phone cause you’ll be there for 45-60 minutes. Can’t understand how this location is still open.
This is genuinely the slowest service I’ve ever seen at a “fast-food” restaurant. Multiple occasions of take-out waits over 40 minutes, and a drive-thru that takes 7-10 minutes PER VEHICLE. Do NOT come here if you’re looking for a reasonably-timed outing or a team that can fulfill orders without having to be asked multiple times about your order’s status!
The white lady who usually works the night shift to 4 am ish is always so rude and can never get our order right. We have had multiple bad experiences with her and she always has a super negative attitude towards us. There’s a younger girl who also works night shift and she’s amazing I’m sure it’s hard to work with the other lady I’m so sorry for you you deserve a raise.
For a decade this store has been the longest wait of any whataburger I’ve ever been to. The food is good, but how have you all not improved the efficiency after all of these years. It’s 30 min- 1 hour regardless of which day of the week it is.
Omg! Best place ever !! I stopped here on my way out of town and was greeted with southern hospitality!!! Miss Candice the manager was so sweet and kind we ended up talking like we were old friends. Nice little stop off the highway. I will definitely make this a stopping point on the roads. Love it !
