I had to request fresh fires since I always get old ones at this location they did give me fresh fries but ordered large onion rings and basically got medium I just want what we pay for. Mind you they will not give you any ketchup no matter what you order unless you ask then you get two.

Whataburger is great for the flavor and convience. You see them all around Texas. It needs to work on its consistency with the quality of the food and accuracy. Also, I hate to have to ask for ketchup because, since they don't ask me if I want any, I have to ask for it myself. I don't mind doing that but it sucks to make the window worker have to put half of their body back in the restaurant to reach the ketchup and give it to you. If they would just ask while I'm getting my card back if I want any condiments, it would make life easier for everybody.
Worst. Service. Ever. We walked in and stood there for a couple minutes until the manager finally decided to acknowledge we were there by telling someone else to help us. So a girl comes to "help" us, making it very clear she doesn't want to serve us and would prefer we leave (this all by the way she acted btw, she didn't explicitly say anything but she might as well have) but regardless she takes our order. We then sit there for 15 minutes (even though nothing complicated was ordered) and then finally get our food. I would recommend going anywhere else to get food considering they clearly don't want you to eat at their restaurant.
Why does it say 24hrs if it’s not open 24hrs? I just went up there to eat breakfast INSIDE and the door was locked, there was an employee inside cleaning and he didn’t even bother to say anything to us. He acted like he didn’t see us trying to figure out why they weren’t open. So we just left. At least say SOMETHING to us let us know like hey we’re not open right now.
I live 2 min from this Whataburger location and I drive to the whataburger by tcu or seminary

As she took my order while I was talking she was telling people what to do in the back ground and kept making me repeat what I was saying I told her I’ll wait I’m a manger too I know how it is
An attitude “ mama I’m ready to take ur order what do u want”
Then when she was reading my order back to me I order ranch and buffalo on the side
She kept saying “ okay mama and u wanted the buffalo and ranch on the side?” (Kept talking to people in the back ground )
I said yes
She asked again cuz she didn’t hear my answer
I said yes
She ASKED AGAIN
Yelled out YES!
She was like no need to get rude I’m just making sure mama
To STILL HAVE NO DAM RANCH or ketchup
It’s so irritating I always check my bag before I leave and she gets mad when I have to send her back in side to get ranch
If you DONT LIKE YOUR JOB LEAVE BOO! To grown to be acting so unprofessional!
I've been twice got my order wrong both times. Unfortunately will probably go back. My mother loves whataburger, and I don't have a car . But if you have a car, go to literally any other wataburger.
Horrible service why offer curbside if you won’t abide by it?
