Ordered curbside pick up, they gave me someone else’s order. They ended up still serving the wrong order to the customer… lucky I just looked at the receipt and didn't touch their meal! Waiting over 18-20 mins for a curbside pick up. (For two meals….) bonus that the drink spilled all over the bag since they were in such a rush.
If I could rate without a star I would. This location needs to shut down, or get a whole new work crew. Food was cold and old. Tomatoes should have been tossed days ago. Management rude a have no ppl skills. As long as they take you’d think everything would come out fresh. But nope, not happening.
Workers are nice but the coffee hasn’t been hot the last few times I’ve ordered. I requested hot coffee and was asked to move up and park in front. They forgot about me so I went inside to get it. The coffee was definitely hot but full of coffee ground. It was horrible. Don’t order the coffee.
Semi cold hasbrown. And recieved not so good cold coffees, which had to warm up at work:(

Came here expecting same great breakfast as my first visit. But she needs help. Seemed short staff today
Wait time is crazy . 15 minutes for 1 item. Bad customer service , Clarissa if you don’t like working there do better < 33 Not short on staff at all, but have lane A worker doing both A and B lane work , Management do your job and have your employees do theirs !
To many young and not well trained people. The food you buy looks nothing like on the menu. The BLT is a joke. Had three small slices of bacon, and a pinch of lettuce. See photos below.
After a few attempts to like whataburger in Arizona, I finally had a good experience here. I’m not sure if that was due to being in the chain’s home state or due to a local’s menu recommendations.
The drive through moved quickly and the employees were friendly. Fair prices for the food. I ordered the sweet and spicy burger and a Dr Pepper shake. Both were delicious! My buddy was disappointed with his patty melt. Really seems like only a few of their items are any good.
I really enjoyed eating breakfast at this location, Jocelyn is so sweet and soooooo beautiful ????????????????... I give them an A+
