Many years ago Whataburger would try to get people's food out in 5 min or it was free. Although that didn't work out for them, their heart was in the right place. Now, waiting 20 to 30 min is the norm at most of their locations. Food is good, but they don't seem to value the customer's time anymore. This particular place was filled with flies at all the tables by the windows.
The other community stores can really learn something from this. Great service, really tasty and freshly made burgers. Plus fries that taste good even cold. We're rarely fed up so cheaply.
I gave it a 5 because of the food. Best fast food joint I've ever been to.
I love the chicken flatah's but their breakfast tacos are great too I've enjoyed quite a few menu items and for the most part my experience was pleasant enough to give them four stars
My son was cutoff in the drive thru by another vehicle when placing his order this afternoon. The staff saw what happened and gave him his order free. There are STILL good people in this world! Spread the word! Aransas Pass, Texas— Whataburger ROCKS!!
The burger was not fried it was grey. The people there work hard though. It’s just too small to serve the clients fast enough. But I’m sure that this 45 year old little location is a cash cow of profit and sales per square foot and the crappy wages they pay in Cuero.
Only got 3/4 of my order. Be sure to check your bag before you leave the window even if there is a long behind you
Three times in a row I have gone to this Whataburger and ordered the Jalapeno Burger Combo twice and the Flame Burger Combo once and NONE of the three burgers had even ONE jalapeno! Very poor customer service afterwards as well. I guess you think you can do that when you think you're the only game in town for late night dining.
