Whataburger never disappoints when I'm craving a classic burger! The food is always hot, fresh, and made just how I like it. Their burgers are juicy, flavorful, and generously portioned, leaving me satisfied every time. The staff is friendly, and the service, especially through the drive-thru, is quick and efficient. Whether it's for breakfast, lunch, or late-night cravings, Whataburger consistently delivers delicious food with a side of Texas hospitality. A true fast-food favorite that I can count on—definitely 5 stars!
Let me just start off with how LUKE WARM the food was . It’s like ur whole meal needs to be stuck in the microwave && heated up . To add , the sloppiness of my sandwich was ridiculous. The second opened it , it was sauce leaking out of all sides of the new Buffalo sandwich . As I ate it it kept falling apart as well . The inside of the restaurant was very clean , however the food was very unsatisfactory !! Cold , sloppy sandwich && cold , old fries !
My favorite hamburger, bacon burger, breakfast sandwich, breakfast dish. And the service staff very nice, friendly, fun laughter. And the cost , they don't over charge it. That is my favorite. Oh , forgot to mention I really like the 3 chicken pieces, they are moist, not over dry like most of what I find. ???????? 1 more thing , the best onion rings !
If you are not from Texas, you may not have heard of the wonders of What-a-burger. All I can say is check it out!!
Today, I was not very hungry, so I tried the Junior Burger. These days, many fast food joints skimp on the vegetables. That was not my experience today! This was a juicy burger with plenty of lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles! Even though it was the smaller version it packed BIG taste!
I did have to pull up and wait alittle which is undesirable, but it was worth the wait.
There is a lovely worker named MAE who is just the friendliest and nice and considerate. Give her a raise, she seems to keep the service stable and the people inside dining very happy. Came in with 3 kids and she was so nice and checking up on us. Thanks Mae!
Waited forever for breakfast and it wasn't worth the wait at all. Pathetically small sandwich that I overpaid for wasn't good and it didn't fill me up enough to justify the cost or the wait. Disappointed but at least this location cooked the food long enough to where I didn't get sick, like the one in the Lovefield Airport. Avoid that location at all costs.
Our burgers were delicious, and Mae is AWESOME! She deserves a promotion for her ability to connect with customers and her efficient services. 10/10 would recommend
It'd been 11 months since I've visited Whataburger & today I remembered why!!!
This drive-thru "fast" food place doesn't allow app users to pick up their order via the drive thru unless it's after 10:00 pm. Why not? Why inconvenience your customers this way?
Your curbside pickup does NOT work!!! Per my attached picture at 2:55, my order wasn't ready when promised, and didn't arrive outside until 2:58. When I asked why it took so long, I was told they were very busy.
So Whataburger wants me to park my car, come inside to get my order in the midst of a busy chaotic scene? NO BUENO!
Whataburger, I'm done with you until you value your app users more.
