I ordered through drive through, jr double and small tea. After I paid my tea was handed to me, lid not fully closed and full to the max so obviously it spilled in me and my car. When he came back to give me my burger I asked "can I please have some napkins?" He replied "besides the ones in the bag?" I replied " yes please" he comes back with 3 napkins and then said to my surprise " besides the ones in the bag here's some more napkins". I was surprised and inky said thank you but if he had closed the lid correctly and not fill to the max I wouldn't have asked for more napkins. On top of that there's was 1 napkins in the bag. I went by on 12/17/24 between 1:30pm and 1:50 pm. Employee was a white male with glasses maybe early to mid 20's. I was so upset I didn't get a name but no need to be rude and sarcastic.
Just like all Whataburger's. Our order was correct, fresh and hot. Friendly staff..
Ordered a hot and spicy chicken sandwich, requested fresh cooked. When sandwich arrived it was not fresh and I could not even bite it. Fries were barley warm, I asked for some fresh fries. Waited several minutes and they brought me a new order. Got to the truck and the fries were not cooked fresh.
We were second in line at the drive thru. They took 20 minutes to give us our order and, they got the order wrong.
I've never been a fan of the drive thru at any fast food restaurant bur because there was only one car, I figured it woukd not be long
Needless to say, don't use the drive thru at this establishment.
This used to be a decent place to eat. Picked up an online order earlier this evening. Fries dripping with grease, chicken sandwich..inedible. The burger, well saying it was mediocre would be generous...oh, and the iced coffee was thrown away as well. Guess this is another Whataburger we won't be going back to.....
I was there about 11pm. I think the coffee set the mood for me. The coffee was warm, tasted like it was the last of a pot that had been on the burner to long. My not had been a good night for anyone.
Time to change back to homemade burgers. Their patties are too thin there just falling off the charts ????

Of the speaker for 25 mins before I realized it wasn’t open. No sign, no cone, it was so irritating as I had very little time to eat and I used it sitting in a line at whataburger that wasn’t even open. The entire time I was there in front of the order sign, only one the vehicles in the other line moved.
