Fairly new Whataburger with ample parking. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The burger and fries were spot on delicious Whataburger. I like extra tomatoes, extra onions, and mayo. I wish they had fresh jalapenos instead of pickled which would make them even better. Recommend.

We tried this location not long after they opened and dispute there barley being anyone in the dining room, service was ridiculously slow. So we figured we would wait a few months and try it again today. We put an order in the app, and when it said it was ready I went inside. Again ghost town, no maybe less then 5 people in the dining room, and no one in drive through. Thinking because I ordered ahead and it showed ready, it would be ready. Nope. I waited for almost 30 minutes for 2 burgers. At that point my baby was screaming and I had to run the second she gave me my bag, and couldn't check my food. They didn't give me my drink and they put grilled jalapeno on a burger of someone that can't do spicy food, and didn't put anything on the burger that requested them. This is a repeat thing that even when they are super dead, and you put an order in it will still take forever to get your food, and likely will be wrong. Really sucks to spend $12 on a burger that literally couldn't be eaten, and not even get the drink that was with the meal.
My husband and I were tired of regular lunch fare at home, so stopped in to have yummy burgers, and we were NOT disappointed! Had the best server at counter taking our order--personality and sense of humor--and he brought food to our table. Then on our way to put trash in receptacle, a manager or owner jumped up and took it for us and asked how everything was!! It was an excellent visit and made our date enjoyable!
The staff at the Bartlesville Whataburger were friendly and very helpful in helping us with our dining experience. Special shout out to Christina for going above and beyond with excellent service .The cheeseburgers were great and the fries were amazing! Also, we highly recommend the breakfast bowl. The biscuits are awesome!
I recently visited Whataburger and had an exceptional experience. The food was incredibly fresh, with each bite tasting like it was just made. The burgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and everything was served at the perfect temperature. The staff was equally impressive, displaying a level of kindness and attentiveness that made me feel truly welcome. This place sets a high standard for quality and service. Highly recommended!
Very disappointed. Guy that ran the window was nice but got home and the order was wrong. Ordered Onion Rings, there were none. Even asked at the window to check to see if they were there and he said he would. Wrong burger.. Ordered bacon double cheeseburger, mustard only. Got a single, no mustard, 1 tiny slice of bacon in the middle. Both burgers were cold like they had been sitting around all morning. And it wasn't even that busy. Should have gone elsewhere.
They forget the honey mustard EVERY time. Wouldn’t be a big deal if they didn’t charge you a dollar for it. Also when you order a large fry expect for it to be 1/4 of the way full
