Waited in line at the drive thru for over 20 minutes before getting to the speaker. They stop serving breakfast at 11am. We started ordering at 10:58 (After waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes for her to be ready to take the order) the girl at the speaker was not focused on taking the order, asked us to repeat the entirety of the order as soon as it turned 11:00am, told us we could not order breakfast anymore. Told her never mind we’d go someplace else and she audibly laughed at us. She knew what she was doing and has no place in customer service. The only reason we went to this location is because the Anderson Lane location was being remodeled and directed us to this location will not be back.

Have not had a great online ordering experience (ready 20+ min later than scheduled w/o explanation as I waited in person).
I waited no joke, 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo.
I understand, problems happen.
The thing to do would be give me a larger portion of fries, not the regular portion that was cold. Or a free dessert, any gesture of goodwill.
I guess 25 minutes to make a sandwich is totally normal. So heads up, if you go to this location, be prepared to wait.
Once you placed your order, they kinda ask you break formation,(pull up) clearly (( it's a high drug trafficking area) but ( take your hard earned money (at the window ( stop it) stop this movement - the f this be the ( case) every employee - is in the take ------then you get home with someone else's order (that needs) too (stop) ???? n North Lamar ---Austin, Texas ???????? had too go to (IHOP) please reply - it doesn't make me a difference ------ but if this behavior -continue, will continue to (keep ) writing - the public - now try me again!!!!!!!!!!!!
You check in for curbside. You wait and wait and wait....then you realize you have been waiting so long and check what time your order was supposed to be ready 12 minutes ago!!!
I ordered online and said it would be ready by 6:42-6:45 AM...I didn't get my food till 6:53AM...I barely made it to work on time.
Whataburger #576 (Denson & Lamar - Austin) 10 am Thursday - Restaurant was clean - not acknowledged for a bit (no one else in line at inside counter) but once acknowledged service was fair. Coffee urn in lobby was empty & was also labeled as Decaf - when I asked for regular coffee - manager stated they do not sell Decaf - when I pointed out it was empty they did make more - but urn still shows as Decaf (think that should be addressed). Ordered biscuits and gravy - it was good & gravy serving was more than enough for the one biscuit.
