I’ve been to the drive-through of this Whataburger several times and it’s usually good. This time, though, they didn’t have mayonnaise (sorry, we are out) but, OK. I have mayonnaise at home. Thinking that’s the only thing no right (silly me) I order 2 burgers, 2 apple pies and one fry to split. Burgers were ok, apple pies were great but the box of fries looked like a rat ate half of them on the way home (no, I was alone in my truck, had no hitchhiking rodents and I didn’t pick on the way home). Maybe the Whataburger on Constitution is a better choice.
Ordered a chicken sandwich and the lettuce looks like it would make you sick. I have ordered here with no problems before, but this is disgusting. Go to Chic-fil-a next door for your sandwich
What does a fresh head of lettuce cost - 50 cents?
Calling through Whataburger customer service was basically "thank you for the report, bye". We drove across town to eat so we can't even easily get a new sandwich made, and then you run the risk of the workers intentionally screwing your food up when you want it made right anyways.
Screw getting food we paid for, even though the burgers are expensive, right? Disgusting and ridiculous waste just to save 5 cents.
I ordered a chicken box and got no chicken? How does that happen? They handed me a BAG with my spilled drinks in it. The whole order is messed up. I understand the lunch rush gets packed but you still have to make sure each order is taken care of correctly. Training is really important for all employees. Really disappointed in their lack of effort to take care of the customer. Waste of time, food, and money.

Went in to get my order fixed and they gave me my old fries box back with the fresh chicken in it.
Ask for meat and cheese only on a number 7 I got meat and bread employees looked like they didn't wanna be there ???? I usually don't like to give bad reviews but this is like the 4th time I stopped at this location cause it's closer to home but I think it will be the last. I've never got good service at this one hopefully they get it together. And no I never called it in cause I'm not after free food.... Another visit I refuse to buy food here but my daughter wanted Whataburger cause it's her favorite took forever I figure they were making it fresh however fries cold and honey BBQ chicken strips sandwich comes on a burger bun now.... Maybe those employees standing up chatting should have been training instead....
Went to the drive up for an iced tea. Was the first person in the second line. There was one person in the first line but no other cars. I ordered my tea and waited a good 15-20 minutes and no one came. I went inside the help was all sitting around and visiting with kids at the counter. I told them I had been waiting 15 or 20 minutes and they didn't even say they were sorry just said that will be $3.60!
Had the sweet and spicy bacon burger with a caramel latte shake (large)… it was so filling. Felt like I was holding a small baby when I was eating that burger ???? Spot was clean and spacious. Hardly anyone there. Was kind of surprising. I would come again if I had the chance. I’m presuming a lot of the negative reviews were due to the place first opening up.
I have the Whataburger app and had ordered two free medium raspberry teas and my ordered was placed & on its way for delivery, but for some reason canceled so I called the store to ask them about it and whoever I was on the phone with brought them to me and I’m genuinely so thankful! I can’t drive and I had a rough day today and the Whataburger fuze raspberry tea is literally my addiction so I was so thankful and happy I was able to get it after all!
Been here for 2 years. I can't tell you how much I missed Whataburger. Finally decided to dine in, so we could give y'all some pics and show off this awesome location. ANYONE that says it doesn't taste like Texas is a lying sack. Everytime I try a new burger place, I get a double, no cheese, so I can taste the quality of the meat. Colorado Whataburger is the same quality. People just like to complain now.
The employees here are very friendly, and keep the place hospital clean. The Hatch Chili burger was on point. The Bacon burger is delicious as always. Can't wait to go back!
