Best WLM Reviews
The lady manager was at the register when I walked in she didn’t look up or acknowledged my presence. She went back into the kitchen area a few minutes later she rudely said “IT’s GOING TO BE ABOUT 5 MINUTES FOR THE SYSTEM TO RESET” not hello or good morning. After a little more than 5 minutes she came to take my order and left the register before the transaction completed. At least 5 minutes later she had someone else come take my order to me and my card was still in the machine and the guy said put your card in again it didn’t take. This manager was very unprofessional and had a bad attitude. I left without my food.
Pretty disappointed in the food here. I spent about 15 minutes in the drive through line at 7pm. The wait was understandable, given the time of day. I figured that the burger would be fresh since the line was taking so long. Unfortunately, the burger was lukewarm, the fries were stale, and my peppermint shake was vanilla. The guy who brought my food to my car was friendly, but that doesn't keep a burger warm.
Whoever was just at the window handing out our food needs an attitude adjustment. She just closed the window on my husband as I was checking to see if they gave us ketchup. I mean if you don't want to work, then quit. I'm so tired of customer service these days and everyone with a damn attitude. It is unacceptable. I don't think I've ever made a review like this..but I'm sick and tired of it. Do better Whataburger. Hire people who like what they're doing. I appreciate everyone who works hard and enjoys what they do. Sorry to write this long review but it needed to be done.
Good Day.
Place is a hit or miss with service, overall it’s okay. Employees are awesome most of the time, picking up orders for deliveries can be a hassle since they take forever. Never had a problem with the food
The employees are sweet, but I feel the food has been a little off the last few times we’ve been. I love Whataburger! Just feel like the food has changed.
My husband came to this location on today and received great customer service from the lady in the drive thru window. The only downfall was when he ordered a chicken sandwich and received the most horrible tasting and looking sandwich that looked as if it had been sitting there for a while and cooked again. He patiently waited there for 25 minutes expecting to receive a fresh chicken sandwich but did not. When he brought the sandwich back, they gave him his money but left the sandwich just laying on the counter as if they didn’t care. Very disappointed at this location.
Service related to the food was fine. I tried using the bathroom, but one of the employees that look like a rat with no chin clogged the toilet instead of using the plunger he just walked out.
The young lady at the window was very friendly. The service was fast considering the time. Only bad hung was I've been there twice around 4 am. I got the breakfast on a bun meal. The sandwich was good but the hash brown sticks were cold.
