I order a green chile hatch with onion rings and this is what I got mustard lettuce tomato and jalapeños on the top and the cheese of the burger down instead of bottom
Food was nice and hot. Everything came out to order. I requested alterations on my two #5s and they did not miss. Everything as expected. Location needs to be power washed or something. A smell in the parking lot killed the atmosphere.
Ordered 2 chicken tender meals, didn’t get any toast with my orders, also one of the tenders was smaller than a McDonalds chicken nugget ????
Whataburger never misses! Stopped by for an order for 5 people, and they got everything perfectly—hot, fresh, and exactly as we asked. Amazing job by the team for nailing it and making sure everyone was happy. Consistency like this is why they’re always a go-to!

I always get my classic patty melt with extra grilled onions. It is wonderful and fresh. Unsweetened tea is wonderful. This place is so clean. It’s shines. Thank you.????????
I placed an online order of 3 whataburger meals with cheese, 1 whataburger Jr meal with cheese and 1whatawing meal. All my meals were missing the cheese and fries with the exception of the whataburger Jr meal. I called to the restaurant and Jacob (shift manager) apologized and offered to replace the entire order before Friday. I call back and let the manager at the time know Jacob approved to replace the entire order. Not once did Jacob asked me to go back to take my order back the same day. Thursday I decide to all and get the meals and Alexis is the shift manger for the day. He laughs in your face, doesn't let you speak and tells you to have a good day to shut the person up. He is disrespectful, unhelpful and just told me no it's not his fault that happened. It will not be replaced and that he spoke to Jacob and Jacob doesn't remember the conversation. Future reference I need to check orders because these kids don't pay attention because they are always playing. Order #: 121509357

Manager Alexis is the worst representative this chain could ever have. If you need assistance hell laugh in your face and tell you have a nice day. Disrespectful, unhelpful and ignorant. Refused to replace an order when another manager promised to ,then made an excuse that he couldn't get in touch with that manager to confirm. Lousy excuse for a manager and customer representative. I've never been treated so poorly at a fast food restaurant before, definitely lost my business.
