Jeremy was outstanding in correcting our Previous Order that was a tad bit incorrect as well as lacking good customer service. This MANAGER went Above and Beyond to correct EVERYTHING!!! Fresh Coffee and A WONDERFUL ATTITUDE WAS ALL THAT WAS NEEDED, however THE MORNING TEAM EXCEEDED THAT TODAY! Way to go !!
I go to this Whataburger to much because I really enjoy the breakfast options but this location 2 times out of 5 get my order wrong or the food is not up to standard for what I'm use to getting from other Whataburger locations. The staff is very friendly and helpful so I gave a 2 star because I love the staff and I have to eat the food because I'm on my way to work so just show more love to each order staff prepares for customers. Update I came back and the last 2 orders were perfectly made thanks WBteam . The food looks and taste better.
My first visit and the last, what a disgusting place, what tasteless food, what disgusting customer service, I visited this link on 1-6-2024 at 9:44pm, three girls and none of them without welcoming us, the clients, who give them the money to write your checks, they had told us about this place, we are from California and we decided to come, but what a horrible experience, seriously, something very bad, I regret having left my money in this place, the bathrooms without dirty paper, something horrible.

Do not drive away without checking your order, they will get it wrong 9/10 times on god. But they will fix it if you catch it. There are some really kind folks that work at this location, shout out to them but damn cant get the order right for nothing.

Great burger, greeted quickly, accurate order, clean restrooms, fast order completion.
I don’t know if I got lucky, if the managers have some New Year’s resolutions working, or something else but THIS experience was top notch.
Like a lot of Whataburger locations with the classic architecture the place shows its age. But everything inside was clean and well maintained. The same fiberglass seating as every other location.
I loved it!
Tried to grab quick tacos before my shift I order and roll up to the window. I sit there for 10 minutes. No one comes up to the window to even charge me. There’s a Whataburger bag right next to the window. I had to call this location and say that I was sitting here and no one came up to and they charge me in handfood by the door that bad with my food absolutely ridiculous. They were just doing absolutely nothing and having a good time and not pay attention.
Food was horrible. Service took 45 min with 3 customers in restaurants. Order was wrong, missing items and even had stickers inside my burger. Called management several times. Called corporate as well but said they can't do anything. I will never go to whataburger again until they give me my money back .
