Such a friendly group of employees. Didn't hesitate to make my mom a fresh pot of coffee. Helped me redeem my birthday coupon on the app. Food was hot, fries were crispy and fresh. Just an overall great experience dining in at this Whataburger.
Went on a Saturday morning got myself 2 Bobs with sausage to go, all was fine till mid day where I felt a really unsettling feeling within my stomach and around 5pm my stomach turned up side down, I note I only ate 1 bob and had only a bite of the second when my stomach decided to empty itself out till 2am Saturday night. Honestly I will never ever go in any nor would I recommend eating food there ever again since even the quality of the food has gone down and quite frankly you can taste the food isn’t fresh it’s unnaturally processed.
Food was good. Service was horrible. No type of urgency. A young boy with nails has an attitude from the start. The manager is there but has no clue where he’s at. No Good morning may I take your order. People need to be reminded that they’re at work, not at home. We pay you.
Staff acts more stuck up seems to me. I mean come on your not born with silver spoon ???? act like others maybe it would be better place my order taker rolled her eyes ???? at my then said really it’s on menu , all I asked was did it some with two chicken strips on kids menu it didn’t say that , so I asked and got lecture from a 17-year-old Omg it was on then manager stepped in and rep the manager and said just take a couple days off to figure out if you wanna work here or not. I told him I didn’t want to get her in trouble for asking if the kids meal came with two or one chicken strip.
Picked out 3 hairs in my burger before finally getting a manager. I don’t think they have them wearing hairnets and gloves. So disgusting. Stay away from Whataburger on Marbach
I can't believe the service you get in the drive threw, talking about not paying attention. When a customer has to repeat the order 6 times and everything they tell you back IS ALL WRONG. Management needs to do something about this, what a waste of time, definitely go inside or who knows what your gonna get, way to crazy wow.
Caleb is so courteous and respectful every single time he's in the drive thru it makes my day. Super sweet guy, definitely deserves all the praise and a BIG BIG raise. May God pay it forward to you Caleb 10 folds. And the jalapeno cheddar biscuit is my absolute favorite breakfast sandwich ????
Clean place, fast and curteous service inside. Clean restrooms, as they are only for paying customers and they have to buzz you in. Helps keep restrooms clean and for customers only. Great idea, props to this place.
