If you’re gonna order off DoorDash don’t order from this location. We were missing straws, 2 sauces, all the ketchup, fries were halfway filled and cold & soggy. I also was shorted 2 wings. Should have had 9. Also were soggy.
Whataburger, has become the new fast food standard – good food, fast food, reasonable price and clean atmosphere in multiple locations. As usual the #1 combo with its gigantic burger, fresh fries and unlimited drinks (including zero sugar lemonade which is my personal favorite.) Order it your way and talk to a human doing it.
Make sure you fully check your order. They mask and older burger by scrapping off the toppings. Add whatever you ordered and serve it to you.
Everything was delicious as usual. Sydney was absolutely amazing. The way she introduced herself over the intercom, the way she interacted with me at the window, and the way she brought out my food, but also asked if I needed anything else. Exemplary service and I will definitely be back very soon.
Took them 20 mins for my food to arrive at drive through around 9pm and they brought my drinks which both were sprite they were flat and disgusting. The lady told me she would return with fresh ones. 20 minutes later and I was still waiting for drinks until I asked them to give me another flavor. What a frustrating experience. Do better
Why do y’all servers find it hard to just put in the SEALED sauce packet of creamy pepper sauce in the bag, I asked them to not give me the one they pre-pack because they don’t give you enough and they make more work for themselves doing that I even asked for the server to make sure it’s the sealed one which she said she would and it’s EVERY time just use the closed packet…
Worst drive thru service. I arrived waited in line to get to speaker to order and when arrived they say to pull to lane B where I had to wait another line to order. Every car behind me placed their order and received it before me. They are obviously trying to copy Chick-fil-A but do a very bad job at it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE EATING AT WHATABURGER DUE TO ALWAYS HAVING SERVICE.
The line was not long but we still waited about 30 minutes for 1 meal. They forgot my spicy ketchup in the bag and my husband went inside to grab some for me and he came back with nothing because he was told to leave the store (he didn’t have a shirt on) mind it’s 97 degrees outside. We waited 5 mins and no one came outside. Horrible customer care.
