This was our first time eating here. Overall, it was good. The burgers and onion rings were hot and fresh. My only complaint would be the aggregios amount of sauce that put on the sandwiches.... And then only gave us 2 napkins.
Food is decent and service is pretty good. The menu has a pretty good selection so maybe my four stars will go to five as I try some more items and see how the service is on future visits. I like that they have two drive thru menus where you can give orders to keep from getting stuck behind that one person that takes forever if you are in a hurry. Another big plus is it is true dual drive through. It stays two lanes instead of both merging back to one and they bring your food out to you and run your card in the second lane, pretty impressive.
When I have come here in the past the fries have fresh grease and the chicken sandwiches have been so good that jalapeno ranch is really good on those chicken sandwiches and on the fries.
But today I was a little disappointed with the fries because it seems like the fry grease is on its third day and the fries are brown and they're not that golden brown like they should be but other than that the food is hot the atmosphere was good The service is great just wish the fries could have been a lot better
This Whataburger has always been a friendly enjoyable atmosphere to be in. The folks here make you feel like you don't want to leave and get back into the Bs out there. That would be great in the middle of the night for a tired or "feeling good" person since they are a 24/7 store.
I have always loved Whataburger, being a native Texan, and this location has been no different until recently. The drive through staff today was HORRIBLE. He was very rude, put-out by any question that was asked, food took extra long, and when I popped my head back inside the side door to ask for the sauce I already requested and didn’t get, I was told to get out. I would be VERY mad if I was the owner of this location. I can make my own taquitos at home to not be treated so poorly.
I went to Whataburger late one night. This was the first positive experience I have had there. I had stopped going. Glad I decided to go back.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible customer service and they dont give you all of your food that you order. When asked about not receiving certain items they claimed refunds are cash only and could not be refunded to the card. So better hope you're local unlike us.
5.11.24 Stopped by this morning around 10:30 am. We were the only ones there, so the food came out quickly but the cleanliness of the store was subpar. The picture is after I wiped it down with a wet napkin.

Great customer service. We had employees coming to the table throughout our meal asking if we needed anything. The entire floor felt like we were ice skating on it. Very slippery.
