These guys are amazing. Great customer service. Stuckey was the gentleman that help me out and was extremely polite. Had to wait a little as you do anywhere that has amazing service and food....but it was well worth the wait.
The service was great and the people were nice. The wood was wonderful. Maybe the fries could have been warmer, but the burgers were great! The only reason I put four stars is because there is no baby changing table in the men's restroom. Other than that, it was a perfect experience.
I had ordered a number one (my go to) and got a completely different order! My partner had told them the problem and they told us it would be out in a minute, only to find out they were not making it at all and they didn’t make others orders either. Please do better
The burger was wrong, the fries were cold and old, and the sweet tea tasted like it had been there all day. At this point this place just needs to shut down! I haven't been in a long time and decided to give them a chance. Waisted time and money! Define won't do that again. No more Whataburger!
Got our food, but mine was wrong, did not notice til I was already home, by then I did not want to drive back into town to get it fixed. Lesson learned will do a better job next time of checking my order.
We had a very good experience at this location. All of the workers were very friendly and accommodating. The food came out hot! We will definitely be back!
First of all, the wait is absolutely ridiculous. It must be the slowest Whataburger to exist. Secondly, I tried to order a shake and was told that their machine was down for the moment. However, when I was at the window waiting for my food I could see through the window some workers making shakes for other customers. When I asked the lady at the window why I was told I couldn’t order a shake but they’re making them she said “I don’t know I didn’t take your order.” Nice.
Went through during lunch and Allison was truly great! Made me laugh when I was being silly and just over all provided top notch customer service. I would go back just for the service!
