At 10:20 p.m . I ordered 2 orders of boneless wings sweet & spicy burger as I continue to order "she says: is that it" . I said Large French fries .. again! "she said that it " I said medium onion ring .. again!!! Is that it I just felt rushed I said yes that's it . I pulled up to the window and the lady with the dreads didn't smile, great me nor resite my order .. 5 minutes later she comes back to the window with the food slings the bags out the window nonchalantly for me to grab it.. gave me a handful of ketchup that I never asked for in the bag ..

WhatABurger is really awesome. We tried CaramelLatte and it is really good. Entire family likes a lot. We keep buying it. I highly recommend Latte here. This location is much improved over a few years ago. Service was polite and attentive, especially for a fast food joint.
Order pancake platter and coffee, lots of ppl waiting in drive through. Pancake are all burned and had a bad smell, staff is very impatient in the drive through window. Wont suggest this location.
Had to wait for 20 mins for my order AFTER saying it 3 different times because the damn lady wouldn’t stop joking around with her co-worker. When I got it we had no sauce (missing a gravy and 2 ranch) and the chicken “tenders” are really just nuggets over priced. Pitiful.
I've never experienced a traffic jam in a drive through where the line didn't move. Must have been from the employees hanging out in the parking lot. Fortunately I was able to leave and find food elsewhere. Believe the reviews about the dysfunctional drive through.
Service is not quite together, I almost finished my food before they gave me my shake. The young man did apologize. The food was fresh and hot. Clean bathroom friendly staff.
the drive thru is absolutely terrible. Waiting an hour for an order is insane. Not even worth the wait because by the time you get your food it'll be cold. It used to be fine but the royally screwed something up. NEVER go into their drive thru
Very disappointed.. I got a boneless-wing with buffalo sauce. Take a look at this!! Horrible experience, half the boneless wings have no sauce!
