Second time here and I love the food. Super nice and friendly staff.
Food was fast and good. Restaurant was clean and the modifications were correct.
Food was great and the service was exceptional, shout out for Denise for being so patient with everyone when she had some “picky” customers. She kept smiling and continued to provide an awesome customer service.

Went to Whataburger and ordered a Breakfast on a Bun combo meal from the Drive - thru. There was no one in line in front of me and no one in the store eating. The order ticket showed 7:23am. I sat in the drive thru line waiting for 8 minutes and never received my order. I parked and went into the store and requested a refund. The refund at least went quickly, so that is the two stars for service...ha!
We came here on July 8th. They were not very busy. The food was good and they only messed up one order by not adding mustard. The Coke was very week. I asked them about it and they checked and said the Coke syrup level is where it is supposed to be. One of the workers refilled my cup from behind the counter and it was just as bad. The manager said they use a concentrated Coke syrup and there is nothing wrong. He then walked away. Obviously he does not drink Coke or care about customers. I think since they switched to the concentrated syrup the mix ratio was not correctly set. There were also several disgusting tables with food crumbs and pieces all over.
We went inside at this one at The Rim. The place was immaculate. Everything looked clean clean like new clean, but the burgers were just amazing. Finally, a location with it felt it was cooked to order, everything nicely sized, and the best part was that the cheese was melted into a fantastic flavor. I live in Boerne, but I will drive the extra miles to come enjoy a freshly made to order meal here anytime.
Clean great atmosphere. I had a great morning walking into this location, enjoying a whataburger breakfast bowl, absolutely delicious, a great close to home quality made breakfast. Whataburger will remain an all-time favorite with quality like this. Only good food and service can make me say such words. 10/10
Staff was very friendly and courteous. The only reason for 4 stars is the inside was not really clean. She floors has a lot of paper, spilt French fries, etc…
