Ordered online- once I arrived waited inside for about Thirty minutes to receive two hamburgers. Since I stood there for about 30 minutes, I watched the disorganization. Employees not cognizant of how fast food restaurant works. The real issue? The manager not assisting the team and walking around looking up at the ceiling. I observed the cashier helping other customers while someone waited at the order counter. It took a couple of minutes for the manager to realize the customer, asked if they had ordered (they said no), and said “okay she’ll be right with you” and walked off.
Mouth drop. Wait. What?
Food- burgers were cold, order was incorrect. Fries were cold.
No ice, for anyone to get a cold beverage.

Is it Opposite Day? Because this store runs opposite of what the company website says their establishments should be.
They split the drive thru, take payments outside of your view, put less than the normal amount of food in the servings (see this photo for example) I have no words for this. This is insanity.
Service is always slow at this Whataburger. ( They were not busy in the slightess when we arrived. ) While the food may be satisfactory, the amount of time spent waiting for it is ridiculous. Atmosphere depends, sometimes you walk in and there isn't a single table clean, other times, the tables are spotless. I think the problem with this particular location is just service mainly. ( Perhaps Management )
The food here is always good, but the services is ridiculously slow. I ordered a salad and waited 15 minutes for a salad.
We've never eaten here before, it was on the way to our destination. Service and food were fine, despite a long line. Order was correct.
The food usually tastes amazing but they usually take a long time and they ALWAYS barely give you any fries. Kinda waste of money to get large fry if it's only half full! Very irritating!
I gave them another try because I live close and they can be convenient. Got home after ordering from drive through and my 6 year old's food was missing. He has a MELTDOWN of course. This was a week ago and I STILL haven't got a refund for food I never received. Online it says they'll get back to you in 2-3 business days, but that is a joke/lie! This is the THIRD time I've asked someone to respond to me and they never have. If they were a local eatery and not a chain, they'd probably be closed already.
Worst experience ever here this past Saturday night. Ordered a simple Whataburger combo (#1), with a Diet Coke ("...with no ice, please"), plus a Small Chocolate Shake. What I got: a room-temperature burger, fries that were loaded into the container while it was still flattened (they barely peeked out of the top after unflattening the container), a Diet Coke that was AT LEAST half ice, and a shake whose fill level was easily at least an inch below the rim of the cup. Yeah, sure, it was a busy Saturday night, but after waiting 10 minutes for my food after ordering it, was it so much to have expected more than 2/3 of the meal that I paid over twelve bucks for? I will NOT be returning. (Hey, and maybe pick up some of the trash that's strewn all around the grounds once in a blue moon.)
Super slow, and they can’t get your order right, all for a stupid expensive price tag. Then the cashiers cannot even do simple problem solving. It’s not hard, an entire meal was not taken down, so ring up another meal, pretty simple. If want mediocre food, take a chance of your order not being right, but spend half as much, just go to the McDonald’s 200ft away.
