We ordered curbside but when I arrived, we didn’t get our food until 15 mins past our scheduled pick up time. In addition to that, I payed extra for cheese and I also asked for bbq sauce, neither of which were on my burger (the sauce you see pictured was the spicy ketchup that I added). Service was mid: 5/10; nothing exceptional. Would I recommend? No. The Whataburger by the airport in Euless is amazing tho!
I'm sorry to say this but the food was awful. We went through the drive thru. It took 20 mins and no...they were not busy. They were definitely having issues in the kitchen or something. Our food was cold, hard hamburger buns, sloppy. Fries were cold and over cooked. Extremely disappointing. They have been going downhill for quite awhile now. We will NOT be back.
I mean it’s a Whataburger. This location used to be pretty good at night, but the quality is really diminishing. Just got the wings tonight with buffalo sauce and only 2 pieces have the sauce covering them. My fries were also room temperature by the time I received my order. I usually don’t leave bad reviews as I like to promote good places, but this is about the 5th time in a row I’ve had something wrong with my order.
I ordered their food from Grubhub. The fries were cold and stale and so was the meat. Now my children and I have stomach problems and sickness. Completely unbelievably and unacceptable. Its normally ok but now I’ll never eat there again.
The burgers and patty melts here are absolutely delicious most of the time, the fries are decent but the ketchup is the best ketchup I've ever had and really brings the fries and sandwiches up a notch. The chicken is alright, probably frozen. But that's not the main draw...
This location tends to fall to a bit of inconsistency food quality wise, burgers can be either lackluster or one of the best you've ever had depending on the day, I do appreciate that they're open 24 hours making any time burger time but it does make you wish every time was quality instead of just sometimes.
Also not really their own fault but if you come during afternoons/evenings be ready for annoying loud teens to occupy the building like its their second home because of how close this location is to a high school.
Also be ready for unnessicarily long wait times if you're going to be eating anywhere from 9PM -12 AM in the to-go line, during those times it is almost perpetually slow for unknown reasons.
Great double meat burger and fries...better value than any other fast food restaurants around. Shequita (and Nick?)was awesome as well...she was sweet,playful, and caring...made me feel like coming back...I like her style. Now THATs great customer service!
One of my favorite whataburger locations... Great customer service and the food always fresh... I tried the loaded taquito with sausage,bacon, monterrey cheese, and potatoes... Hands up! Type of good ❤️It's definitely a must try... 10/10 for the win ????
I came in and sat at the register for what seemed over 3 mins before anyone came to acknowledge my present. I had to literally ask the manager are ya'll on a wait can we get some type of communication he just looked at me and the young man next to him came and finally acknowledged the crowd in the lobby.
