They can learn from Whataburgers in Central Texas. My Home town knows how to make a Whataburger look and taste like one should every time. And you don't have to wait 20 minutes to get one. Won't return here. I can wait til I am in My Home Town again for a Good Burger. Onion rings were good if only they were not dumped in bag. Definitely not worth the high price.
When I have come to this restaurant for breakfast, all we do is sit in the drive thru lane at the menu, ready to order and wait at minimum, 10-15 minutes with no service. When we pull off out of frustration, we see them in there just standing around doing nothing. A prior instance, I ordered through the mobile app so that I could at least get my order taken, thinking that would speed things up, and they were successful in proving me wrong!! They really need to get it together if I’m you’re going to serve breakfast! We ended up leaving all 3 times and going somewhere else!

I only come to this location because it is close by where I work. They consistently get my orders incorrect, missing food items and they take a terribly long time even when they ate not busy. It doesn't seem like the kitchen communicates at all and I am almost positive their cashiers are not trained on how to process the rewards app properly. I have "scanned" my rewards at this location multiple times and have not earned rewards off my transactions. I'd rather drive to the D'Iberville location.
Wow OK. Part 2.
I ordered a burger and asked to add BBQ sauce too it. I also asked for an onion ring and a gravy on the side to dip. I thought I did not have the gravy when they handed me the bag so I got that. Got home, they put the gravy on my burger. I will not be back to this location for sure. Poor listening skills and incompetent communication.

WOW - Great MEAT burger but WHOA that spicy ketchup is BEYOND TERRIFIC! Had never been to a Whataburger ever so Had to stop and I WAS MISSING SO MUCH. Best burger in YEARS, meat GREAT (which we all know isn't usually the case) great Fresh bun&toppings, perfect amt of cheese - but that Spicy Ketchup is NOT really spicy - just a bit of kick and brings a whole new dimension to the sandwich. I leave in the morning or I'd be going back for three to take on the long drive home to NY. No joke people - you see a Whataburger - do yourself and your taste buds a favor and slam on those brakes. I RARELY have Great food posts - but I only got the burger and it was way past any expectations. I really thought, "just another burger spot" but SO NOT THE CASE. And you're welcome, if you get there!
If you are looking for great food and great service, definitely come here. There was a young lady in the drive-through as well as the young lady that took my order that were super upbeat and provided service with the smile if I am ever in the ranking county area and craving a burger. I will definitely be revisiting here. Those girls deserve a raise.
Order 599152... my family spent over $40. Every burger was ice cold, ice cold. Cheese not melted and burger was as cold as the lettuce and tomato, don't waste your money here. Never again...
Update:
I’ve gone back multiple times since the first review, and I haven’t had a problem since. Morning shift and overnight shift are the best! Evening shift has all the high schoolers working so that could have been the issue I had.
Make sure your order is correct before leaving the drive thru for day shift. Check everything. Even if your burger has a half burger patty on your double meat burger.
I don’t recommend ordering sweet tea, it tastes like it’s unsweetened dirty mop water. (Ordered on different occasions)
The only thing done right in the bag will be the fries.
