Ordered curbside and unfortunately there were a lot of mistakes.
We got sweet tea instead of unsweet.
The giant Dr. Pepper we got was completely flat and undrinkable.
We were missing an order of large fries.
And we paid more for an extra chicken tender and it was inedible and super tiny.
One of these mistakes is understandable, but all together is unacceptable.
Food was good. Very clean place. I didn't have to beg for the bathroom door to get unlocked to wash my hands it's so nice to be like that.
Come on Whataburger painting during lunch hours and on top of that painting over while people are serving their drinks that's sad and very unprofessional and very upsetting I also felt that I cannot get up and go serve myself a drink and to top it off Standing On Top of the counter as well while customers are present very unsanitary
Good burger. But drive thru forgot my drink and didn't give me napkins... do better things cost to much to shaft the customers.
OMG...!!!! My first time ordering and eating here, and the person taking care of me and my cousin was outstanding. He took the time to speak to us about the menu and explained the top choices vs the variations in the menu. Like I never had someone actually take the time to do this. I'm super grateful and a very happy customer. Thank you so much Cory for helping us and taking the time. I will definitely be coming back.
Got a BBQ chicken strip sandwich meal and it came out quick and fresh. The curbside service did very well and the lady had a cute whataburger bow on I loved it! Definitely gonna be returning soon.
I was overcharged going through drive through. No receipt was given. I went inside a got the receipt and notified the manager of the overcharge. No attempt at all to correct the issue. I am saddened by the lack of integrity that has become the norm.
Always come here good service and great food will always come back.
