I went in for lunch and as expected, it's busy. They had two registers open so ordering was fairly quick. Floors were clean. A couple tables we're dirty but like I said it was lunch time. It ain't seen but like several minutes before my order came out. The order was correct and they also asked if I needed any complimentary condiments. Grabbed up one of each, the spicy ketchup and regular ketchup along with some napkins.
I was in a wheelchair ramp accessible van, I am a handicap driver I have to use my hands to drive. Due to other customers parking I was unable to get into the curbside parking spot so I had to park in a different spot. Because I was not in a curbside spot they would not bring my food out to me after I checked in. Upon asking an employee that walked by my vehicle what was going on, another employee came out with my food and scolded me about where I parked. You have to be over there she said don't check in if you're not in that spot. And when I try to explain to her that three of the four spots were full and the other spot I could not get into because of the way another vehicle was parked, she told me then next time wait. I waited over 30 minutes outside for my food just to get scolded by an employee. I spent over $50 on that order and was totally floored that someone came out and scolded me like I was a 5-year-old child when I'm older than her. I will never go back there and I will make sure no one I know ever goes back there. I have never in my life gone to a fast food place to be talked down to and belittled and reprimanded like this lady did me in front of my children. Totally appalling.

Hello there I’m not the type of guy to leave bad reviews. But I had an awful bad experience I ended up in the hospital because one of the employees laced my food with marijuana. Also I do not smoke marijuana I don’t do any of that stuff. I knows it’s hard to believe but yes whataburger laced my food with marijuana.

I took a bite of my bob and it tasted funny and I told my brother and sister “ hey does yah bob taste funny mine taste like weed? My siblings responded saying no it tasted fine. I told myself maybe the burnt the eggs on the side maybe that’s why it tasted like that because it tasted like the smell of burnt but then it didn’t it smelt like weed but i was like whataburger can’t do that there’s no way but it happened.

Anyways time goes on and I start feeling weird, dry mouthed, I got super pale, I couldn’t feel my skin I thought I was going to die I had to keep drinking water because my tongue felt like sandpaper. My brother rushed me to the hospital and I couldn’t find a 24/7 hospital for adults so I went to Driscoll children’s hospital I thought I was going to die and they could’ve transferred me to a adults hospital if anything worse happens to me.

I took a urine test because and the doctors came back saying that I’m positive for marijuana. When I told the doctors my story they didn’t believe me because it’s hard to believe. And I was being truthful I don’t smoke at all. So I was like yup whataburger laced my food with weed because after I ate that bob thats when I felt funny. I left the hospital at 5am woke up late for work because of the incident. My sister called and complained and the manager didn’t even take it serious he just made my sister feel dumb saying “is that all?” I know it’s hard people to believe me but I can’t stay quiet about this.

This could’ve been a child that took a bite into the burger and could’ve probably died or overdosed or an innocent person who doesn’t smoke ends up in the hospital like me. I never had a bad experience at this whataburger until that night be aware people they are lacing peoples food with marijuana or who knows what else more but I need to put the word out there to keep others safe and to be cautious.

I can’t keep quit about this anymore this happens like 1-2 weeks i don’t want to standby about this situation.
To start off, I want to say that I'm not normally the type of person to make reviews, and most times I do it's because I believe it would be necessary to prevent others from going to that location and experiencing the same thing. The first thing they did wrong was completely forget about my part of the order. I took that as a “oh maybe they're short-staffed or something or that kind”. When I finally got the burger I noticed it was the normal jr and not the double. I didn't want to keep complaining so I tried just eating it but then I remembered that you pay more for the double meat. When the burger arrived (the rest of the people with me were practically done with theirs) it was cold all around. The major points I noticed were :
- The cheese was just slapped on the cold patty, showing they didn't even try to make it a decent burger after all their failures.
- The meat both times it had arrived was thin, cold, almost burnt, and hard.
The best thing I would’ve said was the fries, however, after trying to enjoy them while the burger was done, and eating around 2-5 fries they got really salty and unpleasant to eat.
To round it up, it was displeasing dining here and would not recommend it to anyone wanting to come. Avoid if possible.
4/17/2024. Night shift wouldn't open the lobby, and the only thing I ordered was fries so it was reheated in the oil and given to me. Thank you for the disappointment Whataburger
It took so long for our food that a Uber driver picked up food delivered it and came back for a 2nd order and I still had not got my food. It took 27 minutes for a chicken tender basket and a breakfast biscuit. The chicken was the size of chicken nuggets too.
here twice in the last two days. Service was notably fast. The first time I came there was a line around the back with the drive through and the parking lot was full. Food was delicious.
