I have been here a lot and every time is a 50/50 experience. Food is fine most of the time but I will be there at 3 in the afternoon and it’s not busy at all but stand there waiting forever for someone to help me. I always order online but what’s the use if I’m standing there waiting for someone to come. The staff is nice but that’s the only issue is the wait. The wings I had were clearly old and tasted not very good. Overall mid

My only "What?!" Moment here was when I ordered Onion Rings with my combo meal and they gave me Fries ???? instead. I asked " are you out of onion rings?". The waitress said "no, I forgot but if you want onion rings, I'll have to charge you extra $$$ because I already gave you fries....
I said "No Thanks."
Great Customer Service On That 4am shift…Try adding an egg to the honey butter chicken biscuit!!!Have them make it fresh!!
Ordered the WhataWings buffalo, just got home and there’s barely any buffalo sauce on them and the bottom container is dry. Make sure they’ve added sauce to your wings before you get home. Super disappointing to get home with basic chicken nuggets.
This location is perfectly situated! Close to homes & entertainment areas. Nice double order drive through. Fast efficient & always accurate. Compliments to management & staff. Very clean & maintained very new.
It’s one thing or another. Got a large patty melt combo… they tried giving us a medium at the window. So we corrected them. We get home to find the patty melt was bland burger patties, no sauce, no grilled onion. Just meat and cheese. Also had another combo as well, #13, no gravy dipping sauce we asked for. Definitely same every location we go to. A shame really.
Very bad experience! I ordered food online, but they couldn't prepare it all. This is the third time. And the waiter's attitude is poor!
