Everything sparkles here. First time here and employees were genuinely smiley & helpful. I like that they bring your order to your table & deliver condiments on a fully stocked tray. That spicy ketchup had a nice mild zing! Burger had plenty of lettuce, tomatoes, & pickles. The burger patty was large compared to other fast food joints where they seem to have shrunken. Very good value. Restrooms were ultra clean. The two drive thru lanes show me that they are ready to do serious business!
Nice clean and friendly service. Ordered the #1 burger combo and a cob salad with grilled chicken to try out. No disappointment here. Everything was fresh tasting and hooked up! The lobby is very nicely decorated and kept clean.
Came in for lunch and from the time o ordered to the food getting to me, the customer service I received left much to be desired .
The guy taking my order mumbled or didn't say anything at all and the lady that brought my food to me simply dropped the tray on my table without a word and left. Stood in line to get ketchup and having multiple workers just glance over and not acknowledge me or several other people asking for the same thing since the experience was very similar to everyone.
The food was good, the service left me wanting to drive a little farther and chose a different lunch spot..
I visited the Whatabuger location at 1800 W. Elliot Road, Tempe, Arizona at noon on a Friday. The drive thru was backed up, so I went inside to order. Two guys entered right before me and they told the employee at the register that they had an app pickup, then they stepped aside. She went behind the wall and I stepped up to the counter and waited while she never returned. It seemed like a really long time, but in reality, it was probably only a minute before someone else (with a Manager badge) stepped up to the register and started taking my order and the orders of the people who were in the line forming behind me. I ordered the Green Chile Burger Meal which came with medium fries and medium drink. The total after taxes was $12.31. The manager gave me my receipt and a number tent along with an empty drink cup. I walked up the soda fountain, got ice and lemonade. I sat down at a table with my number tent and only about a minute later, a guy brought my food to me along with some ketchup for the fries. The Green Chile Double burger was hot, fresh and delicious. The green chile was tasty but not spicy. The fries were hot and fresh as well. The lobby was clean and the trash cans were ready for the lunch rush.
I knew I had to leave a review after Stacey took our order. She is so kind, friendly, and personable. She is an asset to Whataburger, bringing optimism into the life of each customer she serves. The food was excellent, but the costumer service was even better. Thank you to this location for a fulfilling experience.
Went on Thanksgiving evening. We were greeted by a very nice employee at the window. The salad was one of the best I've ever had! My husband's burger was hot and fresh.
Tried this new location. The space is really nice. The food is great. Whataburger fries are among my favorites. The grilled chicken sandwich is really good. The prices are reasonable and the service was fast. The only improvement I can suggest is the drive through cashier could be a lot friendlier.
A clean and convenient location. The staff is friendly. The burgers were hot and delicious. Delivering our meals to the table with a basket of condiments was a nice touch.
